  • The cost of a successful swapping from the «Special Mini», «Special Mix» tariffs to the «Special Super» tariff is free of charge.
  • The cost of a successful swapping from the «Special Mini», «Special Mix» and «Special Super» tariffs to the «Special X» tariff is free of charge.

Additional terms
  • The tariff is available for subscribers of Prepaid system only;
  • Minutes, MBs and SMS within the tariff will be valid for 32 days from the first date of activation, then the rest of Minutes, MBs and SMS are reset according to the schedule.
  • The system will attempt to charge the monthly subscription fee from the main balance between the 1st and the 15th day of the calendar month, from the 16th to the last day of the month, the attempt to charge the monthly subscription fee will be stopped.
  • If a subscriber at the time of a monthly subscription fee charging does not have enough funds on the balance, the system will attempt to withdraw the daily subscription fee according to the tariff plan:

  • If there is not enough money on the main balance of subscriber to charge the daily subscription fee, the amount will be charged one-time, with the subscriber's balance going to minus and the number will be blocked.
  • During new subscription, in first day, if subscriber doesn’t have enough money on core balance for charging monthly fee, daily subscription fee of tariff won’t be charged during subscription day. System will start trying to charge daily fee accrding to tariff’s terms starting from the next day from the day of subscription.    
  • In case of subscription to the tariff plan during a month, the cost is charged for the remaining number of days, and the included limits in the tariff plan is provided for the remaining number of days before the end of the calendar month. But the validity of the limits included in the tariff is 32 days.
  • Charging of the subscription fee and assignment of limits occurs after the balance has been replenished to a sufficient amount.
  • Subscribers connected to the network, as well as those, who are in blocked status, must first swap to the active status, and then refill the balance by the amount sufficient to charge the subscription fee (to refill the balance with two payments).
  • In order to avoid confusion after replenishment of the balance and before using the services, it is recommended that you first check the appointment of minutes and internet traffic limits. Prior to setting a limit, tariffs for calls and Internet traffic will be carried out according to the tariffs indicated above the limit.
  • Please be informed, that assignment of mothly minutes, SMS and Internet traffic, according to the technical conditions is held in the 1st day of a calendar month between 00:00and 08:00(charging time is not fixed). In order to avoid misunderstandings, we recommend you to check assignment of daily limits on your balance before making calls, sending SMS or using Internet at this time (in this direction). Untill assigning of limits of the minutes, SMS and Internet, charging for the minutes, SMS and Internet will be made from core balance according over limit tariffs.
  • The tariff is available for activation in the service offices for Corporate clients and at official dealers of the Company only by signing “Application for subscriber for subscribing to Prepaid corporate tariffs”.
  • Upon expiration of the Certificate of sole proprietor registration "Special" tariff subscriber has to submit new certificate for another valid period within 10 days. Otherwise, the Company is entitled to terminate the mobile connection services or to change the tariff into one of consumer segment tariffs.
  • Swapping to Postpaid tariff plans from "Special" tariff line and vice versa is carried out only in Company's own offices provided that the above documents are submited.
  • The cost of a successful swapping from the "Special Mix" tariff to the "Special Mini" tariff is 2105 soums.
    • The cost of a successful swapping from the "Special Mini" tariff to the "Special Mix" tariff is free of charge.
    • The cost of successful swapping from "Special" tariff line to other tariff plans of Prepaid system is 2105 soums.
  • Bonuses are available for usage in active status.
  • When tariffs are swapped within "Special" tariff line, the bonuses assigned to the tariff plan are summarized and not set to zero.
  • Dedicated minutes and MB, provided within the limits of tariff conditions, are not available for subscribers in roaming.
  • Activation of "0 within network" and "VIP" services is not available on these tariffs.
  • When switching from the options "Minutes", "Megabytes", tariffs Smartphone and Best to the tariffs "Special Mini", "Special Mix", "Special Super" and "Special X" all bonuses are saved, except for the following features:
    • When switching from the "Megabytes" option to the "Special Mini", "Special Mix", "Special Super" and "Special X" tariffs, the remaining main traffic and traffic for Telegram are saved, and the night traffic is consumed.
    • When switching from "Smartphone" tariff to "Special Mini", "Special Mix", "Special Super" and "Special X" tariffs, the remaining main traffic will be spent only on Telegram.
  • Bonuses are available for use in active status.
  • When changing tariffs within the “Special” tariff line, the assigned bonuses within the tariff plan are summarized and are not zeroed.
  • Dedicated minutes and MBs, provided within the limits on tariff conditions, are not available for roaming subscribers.
  • Activation of “0 within network” and “VIP” services on this tariff line is not available.
  • Check the balance of the provided bonuses (minutes/MB): *102#;
  • With a new connection and change of options, the charging of subscription fees on the tariff and the limits of minutes and MB within the tariff options is made in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the calendar month. Prior to charging subscription fees, calls made and Internet traffic usage are charged according to the tariffs indicated above the limit;
  • The limits of minutes and MBs within the tariff options are assigned in full after the subscription fee is charged and is valid until the end of the calendar month. The provided limits for the next calendar month are not transferred.
  • You also have the opportunity to take an additional advantage - now there is no need to wait until night falls for charging subscription fees and setting limits. The subscription fee is charged and the limits are assigned after the balance is replenished by a sufficient amount.
    • In order to avoid misunderstandings after recharging the balance and before using the services, we recommend to pre-check the assignment of the limits of minutes and Internet traffic.
    • Prior to setting the limit, charging for calls and Internet traffic will be carried out according to the tariffs indicated above the limit.
  • Transition to this tariff is possible from all tariffs of the Prepaid service system provided that the original of its current "Certificate of state registration of an individual engaged in entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity (individual entrepreneur)" is presented at Company’s offices;
  • Transition from this tariff is possible to all Prepaid service tariffs available for transition only in the Company's own offices;
  • Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not spend minutes provided within the limits of the tariff plan terms;
  • Dedicated minutes and MBs, provided within the limits of the tariff terms, are not available for roaming subscribers;
  • The subscriber number is blocked when the balance on the subscriber's balance drops to zero, or if the subscriber does not use the paid services for 30 days. The maximum blocking period is 90 days.
  • The replenishment of the subscriber’s main balance with “Mobile advance” and “Mobile transfer” services, as well as the balance adjustments are not counted as the replenishment of the main balance.
  • We announce that from September 30, 2019, Special Mini, Special Mix, Special Super and Special X tariffs will be unavailable for new connections and swaps.

Terms of activation of "2GB" internet package for 10 000 UZS:
  • Activation of internet package is available only after paying a monthly subscription fee of tariff for the current month;
  • Activation of internet package is available 1 time for the current month for one subscriber;
  • Internet package is assigned with the function of automatic assignment;
  • It is possible to activate/deactivate an internet package via USSD *255#;
  • Checking the remaining GB is possible via USSD *107#;
  • With a new connection, before using the Internet, you need to check the appointment of a new package in order to avoid additional costs;
  • If the automatic assignment of Internet packages is active after 30 days (depending on the package purchased) from the day the package is activated, if there is enough money in the account, the system will assign a new par value purchased earlier. At the same time, the traffic remaining from the previously purchased package will be reset. The traffic of the new Internet package will be assigned from 00:00 on the 31st day from the moment of activation / automatic appointment after debiting funds for the new package;
  • If the automatic assignment function is disabled after 30 days (depending on the purchased package) from the day of the Internet package activation, the rest of the traffic will be reset;
  • Traffic included in the internet-package can be used only in active state.

«Restart» service
  • “Restart” service is available for subscribers of the “Special” tariff line.
  • “Restart” service is activated via USSD *255#.
  • “Restart” service is available to subscribers in active status.
  • “Restart” service provides the ability to activate monthly limits according to the terms of the tariff plan. After successful activation of this service, daily subscription fee is not charged further, even if a subscriber has not paid monthly subscription fee for the current period.
  • Upon successful activation of “Restart” service, validity period of the limits and the date of monthly subscription fee charging is set for 1 month from the moment of activation of this service.
  • Upon successful activation of “Restart” service, subscription fee of tariff plans «Special Mini», «Special Mix», «Special Super» and «Special X» is not charged daily, and later on, only the monthly subscription fee is charged.
  • Upon successful activation of “Restart” service, a new monthly period of 1 month is determined.
  • If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging, the balance remains less than subscription fee, then in this case monthly subscription fee is charged in full, and the balance becomes negative and the limits provided within monthly subscription fee are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the subscriber becomes active.
  • Monthly subscription fee is charged and monthly tariff limits are assigned every month from 00:00 to 08:00 (the time charging is not fixed). The date of charging of monthly subscription fee in the monthly period is the date of the last successful activation of "Restart" service. To charge monthly subscription fee, a subscriber needs to be in active status.
  • If a subscriber is in blocked status, then monthly subscription fee is not charged and limits are not assigned. When the subscriber’s number transfers to active status, then monthly subscription fee charges:
    1. Immediately. If after replenishment the subscriber’s balance becomes equal or more than monthly subscription fee within the tariff. After charging monthly subscription fee limits will be assigned according to subscriber’s tariff plan. Charged subscription fee doesn’t move the date of the next subscription fee charging within the tariff as well as limits’ validity period is not moved.
    2. At the nearest night in the period between 00:00 – 08:00 o’clock (the time of charging is not fixed), if after the balance replenishment the subscriber’s balance transfers to active status, but the amount is not enough for monthly tariff fee charging. After charging the tariff fee limits will be assigned according to the terms of the tariff plan. Charged subscription fee doesn’t move the date of the next subscription fee charging within the tariff as well as limits validity period is not moved. To avoid misunderstandings after transition from blocked status and if the funds on the balance are less than the amount of tariff fee we recommend you to activate “Restart” service via USSD *255#, thus, after the successful activation of this service, monthly subscription fee will be charged from the subscriber’s balance and limits within the tariff plan will be assigned, and monthly period and validity of the limits will be set to one month from the day of the last successful activation of “Restart” service.
    Reminder! Limits within the tariff are available for usage in active status only.
  • You can disable “Restart” service only by changing the tariff plan to another open tariff plan of Prepaid system.
  • Before using the limits within the tariff plan, we recommend you first check assignment of the limits of minutes and megabytes via USSD request *103#. Before calculating the limit, calls and the internet are charged according to the tariffs indicated above the limit.
  • In case of activating via USSD, "Restart" service can be activated only if a subscriber has a sufficient funds on his balance for charging full cost of the service;
