Services work schedule on holidays

In order to improving the quality of calls and to avoid delays in the delivery of SMS messages during the New Year holidays, some services will be temporarily unavailable.

From 10:00 PM, December 31, 2018 to 04:00 AM January 01, 2019, the following services will not be available:
From 10:00 PM, December 31, 2018 to 04:00 AM January 01, 2019, system notifications will not be available (SMS-notifications and others.).

From 10:00 PM, December 31, 2018 to 04:00 AM January 01, 2019, USSD requests for connection of additional services of the Company will not be available. If necessary, we recommend you to activate the additional services in advance.

Also during the holidays the following services will not be available:
  • Online support (Ucell customer support service within the “My cabinet” service) - from January 1 to January 2, 2019 (from January 3, the service is available in regular mode);
  • “Without queue” service - from January 1 to January 3, 2019 (from January 4, the service is available in regular mode).
From 11:00 PM, December 31, 2018 to 03:00 AM January 01, 2019 calls, SMS/MMS and Internet services will be charged with a delay.

From 10:00 PM, December 31, 2018 to 04:00 AM January 01, 2019, the following requests will not be available for checking balances: *100# and *109#.
