Offer conditions:
To be eligible for the subscription to the package, it is necessary:
  • To become a subscriber of the Company through a new subscription to the Prepaid system (customer segment tariff plan) through dealer sales point  (OOO “Mobile Innovation”) located at the address: st. Vahidova 118, Ucell Tashkent office;
  • To buy an appropriate mobile device (Prime P149, Prime К908, Prime К919i, Prime К7 or Prime К21) from the dealer, according to the agreement between the dealer and the customer;
  • To pay the first daily fee by using any available payment methods for the subscriber’s number;
  • Package activation is available during 7 since the date of Ucell subscriber’s number activation. The operation is to be executed exclusively at dealer’s point;
  • Package is activated through USSD request by dialing *595#.
By dialing USSD request subscriber confirms his acquaintance with all Promotion conditions posted on the website of the Company www.ucell.uz, agrees with all of them and confirms that this is the realization of his own volition to participate in the Promotions and activate a particular package.

Additional conditions:
  • Subscriber can purchase a phone by its regular price at the dealer sales point;
  • The dealer shall bear full financial liability for the sold mobile device and accept the warranty obligations for the mobile devices to subscribers according to the terms of the Promotion and legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • Ucell is not responsible for the product sold by the dealer (for its quality, safety, completeness, performance, appearance of the mobile device etc.) and does not consider the claims of the subscribers on this occasions. The company is not responsible for the obligations of the dealer;
  • Funds for the purchased package are to be paid exclusively from the Ucell number. Payments for the package are made between the subscriber and Ucell;
  • Payments for the acquisition of the mobile device from the dealer are made between the subscriber and the dealer.

*First and second months are included in the monthly fee and in the allocated traffic.
  • Subscription fee is charged starting from the first day of the month provided there are sufficient funds on the account, in case there are insufficient funds, the system will attempt to withdraw funds every day until the end of the calendar month;
  • In case of the lack of funds for the subscription fee, billing for communication services will be made according to the tariff plan of the subscriber active at the moment.
  • Allocated limit within the margins of the package is assigned only in case of successful withdrawal, and the bonus is granted in full regardless of the date of withdrawal of funds from the subscriber's account;
  • Package cannot be disabled during the period of service;
  • The first month is the current one from the activation date to the end of the calendar month;
  • Subsequent bonuses will be assigned only in case of successful billing for the Promotion from the subscriber's main balance on first day of the month;
  • Customer can pay and receive bonuses during the month;
  • The subscriber becomes a Promotion participant only in case of successful charging for the first month;
  • Charging for the service is made for the entire month as a whole and in case of the subscriber is intended to stop participation in the Promotion until the end of the month, the fee for which was already charged, no recalculations for the service are performed, and the fee is not refundable.
  • Payment is made according to the rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the payment date;
  • All listed prices include VAT.
Warranty

Warranty obligations of the Dealer for the mobile devices

  • The warranty period for the product provided by the вealer for this Promotion is 12 months from the date of delivery of the good.
  • All claims for completeness and internal/external defects of the good are to be considered by the dealer within one day after the delivery to the subscriber. In case of providing a faulty product, Dealer agrees to provide prompt warranty repair or replacement of the good of the same brand.
  • Risks associated with accidental loss, destruction or deterioration of the goods shall be borne by the subscriber after the acceptance of the goods.
  • Transfer of goods to the subscriber, performing of diagnostics, and maintenance of goods are executed exclusively by authorized personnel of the Dealer in specialized service centers.
  • The implementation of any unauthorized actions to the product outside of specialized dealer service centers – violation of protective devices, diagnostics, reprogramming, maintenance, repair, etc. is to be considered as a violation of the warranty terms by the subscriber and it relieves the dealer from the warranty service obligations for the goods.
  • The dealer shall bear full responsibility in front of the users for the quality, safety, packaging, warranty service of mobile devices sold by the subscribers under separate contracts, and Ucell within the frame of the Promotion does not bear any liability for compensation and restoration of the possible losses to subscribers.
