“Count, Win” “Count, Win!” is a quiz that gives users an opportunity to win prizes by solving simple math exercises and getting entertaining content throughout the day and/or calendar month.

Any Ucell subscriber with a mobile phone supporting SMS messages can participate in the quiz. To activate “Count, Win!” quiz, subscribers need to send an SMS with any word (except for the keywords: STOP, STOP, STOP1, INFO) to 9800 short number. In response to the activation request, an SMS notification with detailed information about the service is sent to the subscriber, about the cost and rules of unsubscribing, as well as the first question - the first task of the quiz (an easy mathematical exercise). The subscriber must send the solution to the problem to a short number in response to the same SMS message. For example, “2+1*3 =?” is sent to the subscriber, the subscriber must find the correct answer - 5 and send it in response to the same SMS to the short service number 9800.

The daily subscription fee for participating in the quiz is 1684 soums, including VAT. When charging the daily fee, the subscriber receives an additional 100 points to win prizes and the opportunity to answer 20 questions. Each correct answer gives the subscriber 10 points. An incorrect answer does not reset points, and the user receives the next question.
The total rating of each participant is the sum of the points received (for a daily fee and for each correct answer).
The daily rating of each participant is the sum of the number of points received during a day. A daily prize can be won by one participant only once a week.
The weekly rating of each participant is the sum of the number of points received during the current week. If the user wins the weekly prize, he cannot win the prizes repeatedly within a month.
The monthly rating of each participant is the sum of the number of points received during the current month. If the user wins the monthly prize, he cannot win the monthly prize repeatedly during the next six months.
The annual rating of each participant is the sum of the points earned for the entire time (for the year).
If two or more subscribers gain the same points, then the winner is the one who answered the questions first, solved the problems.
After unsubscribing, the subscriber can once again activate the quiz for free by sending any SMS (except for the keywords: STOP, STOP, STOP1, INFO) to the service number 9800, including the answer to the last question received before unsubscribing.
All subscribers get the opportunity to participate in the quiz for free one day the first time they connect.
If the subscriber stops his subscription and then reconnects (the same day), then upon reconnecting, the subscription fee is charged (again) from his balance on the same day. The subscription fee is charged until the subscriber unsubscribes from the service or during termination. During the day, the content provider will make several attempts to charge money for the service. With a sufficient balance of the subscriber, tariffing will be done. A subscriber can use the service only upon charging a subscription fee
Happy hours: sending the correct answers in a given period of time, the subscriber gets the opportunity to earn 2 times more points than usual. The quiz participants will be informed about the set period of time by SMS sending to the active participants database.
The number of messages sent by the participant during the specified period of time is not limited.
For the availability of the service, if the subscriber cannot pay the full cost of the service - 1684 soums, he is given the opportunity to pay in part and receive the appropriate number of questions and points: for 1263 soums - 15 questions and 75 points, for 842 soums - 10 questions and 50 points, for 421 soums - 5 questions and 25 points. Partial charge is automatically charged from the balance of the subscriber by the content provider in case of insufficient balance to charge the full cost.

To unsubscribe from the service, you need to send STOP command to number 9800. To get information about the subscription status, you need to send INFO command to number 9800.
