Terms:

  • Connection of service packages is available only to subscribers of the prepaid system.
  • When buying a package, payment is charged only in active status and if there is sufficient funds in balance;
  • For correctly service work, if the session is active at the time of purchasing the internet package, connection should be interrupted and renewed.
  • Connecting and disconnecting of internet package: *616#.
  • Checking the balance of Internet traffic: *616#.
  • Internet traffic within the service is valid for 60 minutes from the moment of assignation.
  • After the expiration of the package, the rest of the internet traffic is set to zero.
  • You can use the traffic included in the internet package only in active status.
  • The service is provided daily from 14:00 to 19:00 for 1 hour.
  • Service activation is available from 14:00 to 18:00 within 1 day.
  • If at the time of assignment of Internet services there are not enough funds on the subscriber’s balance, activation of the service will be unavailable.
  • At the end of the included Internet traffic or the expiration of the validity period of internet package, the traffic is charged according to the terms of the tariff plan.
  • Service fee is charged once for one period of the service.
  • When you reconnect the service, you must disable the service and reconnect.
  • In case the subscriber has allocated traffic on the Internet balance within internet packages/services or the tariff plan, the internet traffic within “Hourly internet” service will be consumed firstly.
  • When you change the tariff plan with active service, the traffic will remain.
  • Activation of the internet package is not possible if the subscriber has activated one of the following services: “Night Internet”, “TAS-IX”; special internet packages for Mood tariffs; or if the subscriber is on “Marhamat” tariff.
  • If the subscriber has active services "Traffic +" and "Hourly Internet", then first of all the Internet traffic is consumed according to the connected option of "Traffic +" service, in other directions Internet traffic is consumed as part of "Hourly internet" service. 
  • Prices include VAT.
