Refill your balance or the balance of any Ucell Prepaid subscriber for 10 000 soums and more from anywhere at any convenient time via U-to‘lov payment tool and get 50 minutes within the network, 50 SMS within Uzbekistan and 50 MB for 7 days as a bonus.

Discount for balance refilling for 10 000 soums and more via U-to‘lov can be assigned during 3 days after the payment.

Bonus can be assigned not more than 2 times a day.


Terms of campaign
  • Subscribers of Prepaid system can take part in the campaign, who have tied their UZCARD or HUMO online plastic card to “SMS-informing” service and their subscriber number to U-to'lov payment tool, and making payment in the form of replenishment of personal balance or a balance of any Ucell subscriber of Prepaid system in the amount of 10,000 soums or more via U-to'lov payment tool;
  • For balance refill for 10,000 soums and more, the subscriber participating in the campaign is granted a discount in the amount of full price of 50 minutes of calls within the network, 50 SMS messages within Uzbekistan and 50 MB of internet traffic (hereinafter referred to as the "Discount").
  • The discount can be assigned if the subscriber is in active status.
  • Discount for balance refilling for 10 000 soums and more via U-to‘lov can be assigned not more than 2 times per day;
  • Discount for balance refilling for 10 000 soums and more via U-to‘lov can be assigned during 3 days after payment;
  • Discounts are available for usage only in active status;
  • Discount received with the previous unspent discount is added to the balance of the existing one, but does not extend its validity period;
  • Total amount of all discounts will be shown while checking discount balance via *151# and validity period of discounts will be shown according to the last payment;
  • Discounts with the shorter expiration date will be spent firstly;
  • The discount expires at 23:59:59 on the 8th day from the date of its appointment;
  • When deactivating "Daily SMS-bundles" discounted SMS within the framework of “Discounts from U-to'lov" campaign is set to zero;
  • Discounts in the form of MB assigned on the tariff plans Happy 25, Happy 25+ and Special are spent after the end of Internet traffic provided within these tariff plans;
  • Discounts in the form of minutes within the network, assigned on Special, Happy 25, Happy 25+, Active 45, Active 70, Active 100, Good mood, Cool mood, Excellent mood tariff plans are spent after the end of Internet traffic provided within these tariff plans;
  • In case of termination of the Contract for the provision of cellular radiotelephone communication services of Prepaid system in the network of COSCOM LLC, the granted discounts are not refundable;
  • The campaign is valid from October 10, 2019 until December 31, 2019.
Connection to "U-to‘lov"

You can connect U-to‘lov payment tool in a few simple steps:

  1. Activate "SMS-informing" service for your bank card on your phone number in the nearest Bank or ATM.
  2. Link your bank card to U-to‘lov payment tool by sending the following free request from the mobile number where SMS-informing service is activated: *888*card number*card expiration date# (*888*8600ХХХХХХХХХХХХ*MMYY#);
  3. Dial *888#, in the menu "USSD-commands" go to "Settings -> PIN code settings" and set a unique PIN-code consisting of 5 digits.
  4. Also, you can bind the bank payment card to U-to‘lov and set the PIN-code via *888# USSD-menu. Just follow the popup tooltips!
