Send USSD-request *977# and choose by yourself how to learn about missed calls!

Using one of the following three services, you will always be aware of who called you, as long as your phone is off or out of coverage.

The easiest way to find out about the attempts to make calls to your number while your phone was off or out of coverage. Once you appear in the network, the service will send you an SMS-notification with information about missed calls with the following data:
  • total amount of missed calls;
  • amount missed calss by each number;
  • date and time of last calls for each caller.
Sample of incoming SMS message:
You have missed call. Subscriber +998YYxxxxxxx called you "x" time (s), last call at "lastcalltime".
(where: х – general amount of missed calls, lastcalltime - time of last call).

 Important: "You’ve got a call" service is incompatible with "Voice mail" and "Dynamic Voice Mail " services. Thus, in order to activate "You’ve got a call" service, first you need to deactivate mentioned services.

Notify about me

Service "Notify about me!" allows subscriber, who could not reach you, when you were out of radio coverage or your phone was switched off, to get appropriate SMS as soon as you are available, so he can call you again.

Subscriber should activate "Who called" or “Voice Mail” service to use "Notify about me!".

The service is free of charge.

 Attention! The service will not work if you have call diverting option activated on “Unreachable”.
Voice mail
Your mobile secretary which offers subscribers who cannot reach you to leave you a voice message, saves it, and then notifies you about incoming messages via SMS-notification with the time and date of their receipt.

The service also informs you in the SMS-notification of missed calls, if the caller did not leave you a voice message.

By making a call to the short number 9977 at a convenient time for you and following the prompts of the voice menu, you can listen to the messages left to you, to save them, to delete or  to forward to other Ucell subscribers who activated the service. Also, instead of the standard greeting, you can record your own greeting with useful information for the family, relatives, friends, colleagues or acquaintances.

In personal cabinet https://vms.ucell.uz/, you can manage voice messages (listen, save, delete, download) and set the parameters of your voice mailbox (language of prompts, password, greeting).

You do not have your telephone right now, battery is dead, but you are waiting for urgent call with important information? Get access to voice messages and all opportunities of this service by call from another phone number to 1719977. The cost of call for a caller after is according to tariff for outgoing calls.

 Note: If you are beyond Uzbekistan and using services of one of the roaming-partners of Ucell, then all calls for access to VMS service (outgoing and incoming) accepted by VMS system, will be calculated in accordance with roaming tariffs.

To avoid additional charges for roaming - tariffs, if you do not plan on using SIM-card Ucell outside the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Company recommends:
  • Before leaving the country, to remove all kinds of call forwarding (via USSD-request ## 67 # - to cancel forwarding of employment ## 62 # - to cancel forwarding of inaccessibility, ## 61 # - to cancel call forwarding on no reply);
  • Disable the Voice mail service and Dynamic voice mail (via USSD request * 977 * 3 * 2 # and * 977 * 4 * 2 #);
  • Make sure that the roaming service is turned off (via the USSD request * 155 * 3 #);
  • Do not register in the network of a foreign operator, in cases where the roaming subscriber is active on the guest. If the roaming service has been disabled, and no charges in roaming will not be implemented.
 Important: "Voice mail" service is incompatible with "You’ve got a call" and "Dynamic Voice Mail " services. Thus, in order to activate "You’ve got a call" service, first you need to deactivate mentioned services.
Dynamic voice mail
This convenient service without monthly fee with the answering machine function offers subscribers who cannot reach you to leave you a voice message. Once you appear in the network, the service will inform you about new voice messages, and in the listening mode (free call to 9977) mobile answerback equipment will play them back.

Maximum voice messages storing period is 2 days.

If voice mailbox is full, and new voice message will be left, previous voice messages will be deleted, starting from the oldest ones.

On the expiry of the voice message storing period and the absence of new voice messages, voice mailbox will be automatically deleted. Voice mailbox will be automatically re-created when a new voice message comes.

 Important:
  • "Dynamic Voice Mail" service is incompatible with "Voice mail" and "You’ve got a call" services. Thus, in order to activate "Dynamic voice mail" service, first you need to deactivate mentioned services.
  • If the subscriber manually sets call divert to the number of dynamic voice mail on his device, Company is not responsible for the service functionality.
  • If the caller did not leave a voice message,  "Dynamic Voice Mail" service will not send SMS-notification.
  • If you are out of Uzbekistan and using the services of one of Ucell roaming partner, then all calls for dynamic voice mail service access (incoming and outgoing), accepted by the dynamic voice mail system are calculated in accordance with the roaming tariffs.
