When you connect to the service for the first time and top up the balance of any Ucell Prepaid system subscriber, you get a bonus of 100 SMS, 100 MB and 100 minutes within the network for 7 days. Further balance top-up for 3000 sums or more, you get the same bonus again.


Connection to "U-to‘lov"

You can activate the service in a few simple steps:

  1. Activate "SMS-informing" service with your bank card to your phone number in the nearest Bank or ATM.
  2. Link your bank card to "U-to‘lov" service by sending from the number, that is connected to "SMS-informing" service, the following free request:
  • *888*credit card number*validity of the bank card# (*888*8600ХХХХХХХХХХХХ*MMYY#);
  1. Dial *888#, in the menu "USSD-command" go to "Nastroyki -> Nastroyki PIN koda" and set a unique PIN–code consisting of 5 digits;

Offer conditions
  • Service is available for subscribers of the Prepaid system only.
  • Initial bonus for the connection and the first payment is provided after profile creation in "U-to'lov" and the commitment of the first payment, provided that the bank card was linked to a subscriber's profile and the payment through the "U-to‘lov" was made after the launch of the Promotion.
  • Secondary bonus for the refill will be provided after the replenishment of the subscriber's account for 3000 sums or more. Secondary bonus is available not more than 2 times a day.
  • Initial bonus for activation is not provided if the subscriber makes his first replenishment of balance of any subscriber of the Company through "U-to‘lov", but activation of "U-to‘lov" service was done before the beginning of the Promotion;
  • The bonuses are available for usage to a subscriber only in ACTIVE status;
  • Secondary bonus is not provided if the amount of the top-up was less than 3,000 soums;
  • Secondary bonus received while the previous is unspent will be added to the existing, but it will not prolong its validity;
  • Checking the bonus via USSD-request to the number *151# displays the sum of all the bonuses and the bonus period, according to the last payment;
  • The first bonuses that are spent are those which expire earlier;
  • Bonuses in the form of MB assigned to "Happy 25", "Exact" and "Exact+" tariff plans are to be spent only when daily Internet traffic provided within those tariffs is consumed.
  • The validity of the bonus expires at 23:59:59 on the 8th day from the date of  its assignment;
  • In case of the termination of the Contract on rendering of LLC "COSCOM" cellular radiotelephone network services the assigned bonuses won’t be transferred.
  • The Promotion period is 15.02.2017 – 15.04.2017.
