  • Holders of messengers and social networks use a specific range of IP addresses and protocols to provide their services. Ucell provides traffic specially for these registered ranges. Ucell is not responsible for changing of ranges of IP addresses and protocols by their holders, in this cases traffic charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of a tariff plan or from existing internet balance which is provided for all directions. When connecting to social networks and messengers via proxy servers, VPN or third party websites traffic charges according to Ucell-Internet price by the terms of a tariff plan or from existing internet balance which is provided for all directions. Limits for Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp are available for usage only when there are at least 1750 soums on the main balance or 5 MB for external internet.

  • Smartphones spend mobile traffic in background mode by default for system and application updates; for data synchronization with widgets (weather, calendar and other) and social networks, also for counter analysts (Google, google-analytics.com , googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net). Internet traffic for this directions charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of a tariff plan or from existing internet balance which is provided for all directions.
Terms
  • Activation – 10 000 soums;
  • The service package is available for activation in active status only;
  • Validity period of limits is 30 days from the date of assignment;
  • Traffic received within service package can be used in active status;
  • For correct work of the service, if at the time of service activation the session is active, it is necessary to interrupt it, activate the service and then resume the session;
  • When sending a request to disable services *350#, “Golden Number” service is deactivated;
  • If there are not enough funds on the balance, the services package is not activated, and the system will try to activate the service for 29 days;
  • When you reactivate one of the service packages, with the active service package, the assigned limits for the current package are set to zero;
  • Service packages are not available on tariff plans within “Wish number 2.0” campaign 2.0».
