Option of choosing your own number

If you want to change your number to another or you need to do so due to any circumstances, contact the company and you will be provided with such opportunity.

For this, you need to be present in person at the Service-Center of Ucell located in your city. When contacting the Service-Center with the aim of changing the number, you should have your passport or other document(military ticket, accreditation card, driver license, residence permit) proving your identity and you will have to fill out a special application to use this service. Cost of the changing the number is $ 5.

Attention! You can select a new number only from the list of available free numbers. However, selection of numbers from the category of "PRIVILEGE+", "SPECIAL+", "PRIVILEGE", "LUX+", "LUX", "VIP", "PLATINUM", "GOLD", "SILVER" and "BRONZE" is calculated at a different cost. Prices of numbers of these types are indicated in the below table:
