"Number freeze" service

"Number freeze" service

Going for abroad for a long period of time and want to reserve your number?

With new "Number freeze"service you can easily reserve your subscriber number for 6 or 12 months during long period of non-using the services of the Company.

Service activation fee:

Freeze number for 6 months - 16419 sum
Freeze number for 12 months - 29049 sum

 Your number will be reserved for a guaranteed period of time;

 All charges will be stopped and services will stop functioning;

 All bonus balances will be saved.*

*Bonus balances are saved only for the following services:

  • "Monthly Internet-Packages" (except Package 4000)
  • "Monthly SMS-packages"
  • "International SMS-packages"
Information

After service activation

  • all charges (subscriber fee) from the balance of the subscriber will be suspended;
  • provisioning of free / paid services (calls, SMS, Internet, additional services, etc.) will be stopped;
  • balance top-up will be unavailable;
  • USSD service will be available in limited mode (*100#, *102# - *109#, *450#**);
  • Expiration date of bonus balances (for example, SMS and Internet packages) will be extended by the number of days of "Number freeze" service use;
  • "Call history", "SIM-change" services will be available in front offices of the Company only if there is sufficient funds on the subscriber’s balance for provisioning the services.

*The price of USSD-request to *450# for subscribers with "Number freeze" service - 0 sum..

To deactivate the service, you need to send USSD-request to *145*2#, and then move to to one of the existing tariffs. You can choose only from tariffs available in *145*2# USSD menu.

Service isn’t available for tariffs "Special", "BEST" and "Smatphone".

Service terms
  • Subscriber’s balance should be not less than 16461.1 sum or 29091.1 sum in order to activate the service;
  • If subscriber deactivates the service until expiration period of 180 or 365 days, recalculation will not be performed;
  • If "Freeze number" service was not deactivated after 6 or 12 months on Day 181 or Day 366, respectively, write-off of daily subscriber fee (in amount of 210.5 sum/day) will be automatically activated. Further, in case of subscriber's balance is equal to or below 0 sum during 90 calendar days, the Agreement on the provision of telecommunications services will be terminated unilaterally by the initiative of the operator;
  • When the subscriber deactivates "Freeze Number" service and moves to one of the existing tariff plans, free/paid communication services (calls, SMS, Internet, additional services, etc.) will be available for use and subscription;
  • When the subscriber deactivates "Freeze Number" service and moves to one of the existing tariff plans unused bonuses (for example, SMS and Internet packages) will be available again. However, they will have priority over bonuses related to the chosen tariff plan;
  • Service management will be available in roaming if the "Roaming-Online" service was active before "Number freeze" service activation.
