Now, if your phone is lost or stolen, you can immediately contact with Ucell Call Center (8123, +998 93 180 00 00) and use for free "Temporary Blocking" service, which allow to block your number for 5 days.
When contact with the operator of Call Center, you need to pronounce your number (which was lost), initials, date of birth, passport details and address of registration.
Upon successful identification, your number will be temporarily blocked for 5 days (during this period daily fee for the tariff and previously activated services will not be charged).
Within 5 days you should come to the nearest Company’s own office with the original passport, to replace the lost SIM-card. Operator of own office will unlock your number and help to replace the SIM-card.
If a subscriber’s number was temporarily blocked with a positive balance, after 5 days it will be automatically transferred to the active status.
If the subscriber’s number was temporarily blocked with a negative balance, after 5 days it will automatically be transferred to the blocked status. To switch the subscriber’s number to active status, the subscriber will need to refill the balance.
