* Only a subscriber with the activated "Main subscriber" option can connect special service options with a monthly subscription fee, and this subscriber can set limits for using the common balance by other subscribers of this group. Subscribers of the group without "Main subscriber" option do not have access to activation of special service options with a monthly subscription fee and cannot set limits to other subscribers of this group.
  • The first activation of special service options with a monthly subscription fee is scaled (the Package price and limits are charged/assigned in proportion to the number of remaining days before the end of the current month), with the validity of the limits until the end of the current month in which the packages are activated.
  • When you re-connect one of the special options with monthly subscription fee "MB Package" (Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3), the previous connected option in this direction will be deleted, with unused limits added to the new limits, but all limits remain valid until the end of the current month.
  • If you re-connect the special options with monthly subscription fee "Minutes Package" (Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3), the previous connected option in this direction will be deleted, while the unused limits will be added to the new limits, but the limits will remain the same until the end of current month.
  • If you connect special options with a monthly fee "Minutes package" (Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3), the previous connected "MB Package" option in the direction will not be deleted, but the unused limits (minutes within the group) will be added to the new limits, the validity period of all limits will remain the same until the end of this month.
  • If you connect special options with monthly subscription fee "MB Package" (Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3), the previous connected option in the "Minutes Package" direction will not be deleted, while the unused limits (minutes within the group) will be added to the new limits, the term the actions of all the limits will remain the same until the end of this month.
  • Special options with a monthly subscription fee: "Minutes Packages" and "MB Packages" are configured with autoprolongation, i.e. when purchasing one of the packages, this package will automatically be activated every first day of the new month. Automatic activation occurs only with sufficient funds on the common group balance, if there are not enough funds on the balance of the group, then the second attempt of activation will occur on the 2nd day of the month, after the 2nd day and until the end of the month other activation attempts will not be occured.
  • Subscription fee charging and limits setting for the connected special options with a monthly subscription fee (Minutes Package and MB Package) occurs on the first day of each new month (from 00:00 to 08:00 hours). For this, it is necessary to have a sufficient amount of funds on the common group balance for charging subscription fee in full amount. If on the first day of the month there were not enough funds on the common group balance to charge the subscription fee, then the subscribers of this group have the opportunity to refill the balance by the 2nd date of the month for a sum sufficient to charge the subscription fee.
  • On the 2nd date of the month, an attempt to charge the subscription fee and assign limits for special options with a monthly subscription fee (Package of minutes and a package of MB) according to specifications, occurs once in the period from 00:00 to 07:59 hours and the time of charging is not fixed. To successfully charge the subscription fee and assign the appropriate limits on this day of the calendar month at 00:00 hours, it is recommended to have an amount on the common group balance sufficient to charge the subscription fee according to the cost of the activated package. If at the time of subscription fee charging, there is not enough money, the Company system will not perform this operation again, even if the subscriber's common balance is replenished by 08:00. After 08:00 on the 2nd day and until the end of the calendar month, the subscription fee is not charged and the limits for special service options with a monthly subscription fee are not assigned, even if the balance of the group has enough funds for it. In this case, it is recommended to reactivate the package yourself.
Attention! If in the current month the subscriber has activated one of the options "Minutes Package" and one of the options "MB package", then the following month these two options of these packages will be automatically assigned.
Subscribers of "Dears" tariff plan can take advantage of the granted limits of the "Minutes package" and "MB package" options only in the active status. In the blocked status personal balance, personal limits, common balance and common limits are not available.
 
Special USSD menu *141#
  • Subscribers connected to "Dears" tariff plan can use the special USSD-menu *141# to activate the common balance and common limits. When this option is enabled, subscribers can use the common balance, as well as common packages (minutes and MB packages), including minutes and internet traffic. It is enough if one subscriber number  within the group activates this option.
  • All subscribers in the group have "0" as a default value to use the common balance and total limits. Without restrictions on limits, common balances are not available. Common balance and common limits will not be available, even if there are funds or traffic on common balance and limits;
  • Subscribers of the group on "Dears" tariff can connect "Main subscriber" option. The option is activated by any subscriber independently via USSD-request *141#, "Main subscriber" can be connected only to one subscriber number of a single group of "Dears" tariff plan;
  • The subscriber of "Dears" tariff plan with "Main-subscriber" option is the only subscriber who can connect special service options of "Dears" tariff plan with a monthly subscription fee, and this subscriber can set limits for other subscribers of this group. Subscribers of the group, without "Main subscriber" option do not have access to activation of special service options with a monthly subscription fee, and cannot place limits for other subscribers of the group.
  • Restrictions are set in the form of limits until the end of the current month. Each first data of the month - preliminary set limits are updated, i.e. the last restriction value for each direction is set automatically. With each setting of constraints, the system sets a limit on the use of common balances. For example, if you set a limit for subscriber number of the group for 100 MB of internet traffic, this subscriber can use up to 100 MB of internet traffic from the common internet balance from the date of assignment until the end of the current month. If you set a new value within the current month, then this subscriber, from the moment of setting a new limit to the end of the current month, will be able to use this maximum value, regardless of how much it used earlier. Please take into account that the subscriber number will be able to use only the limit that is available on the common balance sheet. For example, you set a limit of 1000 MB, and there are only 500 on a common balance MB, then this subscriber will be able to use only 500 MB from the common balance. If at the time of internet traffic generation on the group common internet balance, there are less than 500 MB due to the fact that other subscriber numbers also use the internet from the common internet balance of group, this subscriber number can only use internet traffic that has remained on the common internet balance of group. Restrictions are set in the form of values that subscriber numbers can spend from th common balance, that is, having 1000 MB on the common internet balance, you can set limits for each subscriber number of the group at 1000 MB, and all subscriber numbers of the group can spend in total only 1000 MB. The situation is similar for the common monetary balance of the group, the common balance of the group for calls to Uzbekistan and the common balance of group for calls within the group.
  • Each subscriber of "Dears" tariff group can independently replenish the common group balance using mobile transfer via special USSD-menu *141#.
  • Returning of funds from the common monetary balance to the subscriber's personal balance can only be made by the "Main subscriber" via special USSD-menu *141#.
Additional terms
  • Tariff plan "Dears" is available for Prepaid subscribers.
  • The tariff plan "Dears" is available only for new connections, swapping to this tariff plan is not available for existing subscribers.
  • When you swap from "Dears" to other tariff plans, the common balance of the group for that subscriber becomes unavailable. To swap to available tariff plans you should dial *141# USSD-request.
  • The group on "Dears" tariff plan is created when subscriber numbers are connected to one passport data. If you connect additional numbers to "Dears" tariff plan on the passport with new data, we recommend you firstly update your passport data in the Company system in one of the Ucell offices . Otherwise, subscriber numbers connected to new passport data will not be able to unite into an existing group.
  • Monthly subscription fee as minutes tariffication, SMS and internet traffic on "Dears" tariff plan, first of all is charged from the common balances of the group to which the subscriber belongs to. If there is a lack of funds on the common group balance, or when the subscriber has used assigned limits, and if no limits have been assigned, then to charge the above categories, the funds are charged from the subscriber's personal balance of "Dears" tariff plan;
  • Subscribers of "Dears" tariff plan also have their own balances: minutes, SMS and internet;
  • There are only 5 subscriber numbers within "Dears" tariff plan that can be connected to one passport data;
  • Subscriber numbers connected to different passport data can not be connected to one group on "Dears" tariff plan;
  • Subscriber numbers connected to one passport data can not be in different groups on "Dears" tariff plan;
  • Activation of special service options occurs via USSD request *141#.
  • "We appreciate you!" loyalty program is available for subscribers of "Dears" tariff plan.
  • Calls to information and entertainment services and international destinations do not spend minutes provided within the limits of the terms of special service options from the monthly subscription fee "Minutes Package" and "Package MB".
  • The allocated minutes and MB, provided within the limits of the terms of special service options with the monthly subscription fee "Minutes Package" and "MB package", are not available for subscribers in roaming.
  • The service "Сontract re-registration " to subscribers of "Dears" tariff plan is not available;
  • Switching to other tariff plans for subscribers of "Dears" tariff plan through USSD-requests *877# and *717#, Personal cabinet, and also through IVR 8123 is unavailable.
  • "Number freeze" service is not available for the subscribers of "Dears" tariff plan;
  • Upon termination of the Contract for the provision of cellular radiotelephone communication services by FE COSCOM LLC, the refund shall be made in accordance with the approved procedure. "Return of funds for Prepaid subscribers upon termination of the Agreement on provision of cellular radiotelephone communication services by FE COSCOM LLC." If on the common group balance of the subscriber there is a positive balance, then the procedure for funds returning to the subscriber from the common balance of the group corresponds to the mentioned above order only on condition that this subscriber number is the last on "Dears" tariff plan and the subscriber independently returned the funds from the common balance to the personal balance. If there is still a number on the common balance of the group on "Dears" tariff plan, then the funds are not returned from the group common balance, only if the subscription to "Dears" tariff plan is terminated on the last subscriber number.

Funds on common balance of group are not available for activation of other services and packages except special packages "Package of minutes" and "MB package" of "Dear" tariff plan
