1. “Marhamat” tariff plan is available only for new subscriptions in the Company’ service offices and official dealers points of the in Fergana, Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya and Syrdarya regions. 2. The tariff plan is unavailable for tariff swap from other Prepaid system tariff plans. 3. Monthly tariff limits assign only after successful tariff fee charge for the current period. Validity period of monthly limits within the tariff plan is 1 (one) month. One month includes the period from the subscription date till the next period of monthly subscription fee charging. Monthly limits are available to subscribers only in Active state. The remaining unused limits on the tariff plan become unavailable in new period. 4. Monthly subscription fee is charged and the monthly tariff limits are assigned from 00:00 to 08:00 (the time for charging is not fixed). The date of monthly subscription fee charging is the subscription date. Monthly tariff fee can be charged in Active state only. 5. If subscriber’s number is in the blocked status, the monthly subscription fee is not charged and limits are not assigned. In this case, when a subscriber number switches to Active state, the monthly tariff fee is charged on the next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charging time is not fixed) and monthly tariff fee charging does not shift the date of the subsequent tariff terms period. In order to avoid misunderstandings, before tariff limits using we recommend to preliminarily check the assignment of the limits within the tariff via USSD request *102# and *103#. Calls, SMS and Internet are charged according to the indicated above the limit tariff terms prior to limits assignment. 6. If the balance remains less than the cost of monthly tariff fee at the time tariff fee charging and limits assignment, then the monthly tariff fee is charged once in full and the subscriber’s balance becomes negative. Limits become available immediately after the subscriber number swaps to Active state. 7. Loyalty programme “We appreciate you!” is available for subscribers of “Marhamat” tariff plan. 8. “Marhamat” tariff subscribers can independently swap to other open Prepaid system tariffs via USSD *120#, *877# и *717#, or using “My cabinet” service and IVR 8123:
- To the tariff lines such as “Mood”, “Tantana”, “Active”, “Special” and the tariff plans “Thankfully” and “Easy Week” – 0 UZS;
- To “Home” (for subscribers of the Fergana region), “Simple”, “New Positive” tariffs - for 2105 soums. 9. The assigned limits within “Marhamat” tariff plan becomes available according to the new selected tariff terms in case of swap to other open tariff plans. 10. “You’ve got a call”, “Night internet”, “Convenient minutes” and “Number freeze” services are available for “Marhamat” tariff subscribers. 11. “0 within network”, “VIP” and “Convenient within the network” and “Convenient within Uzbekistan” services are unavailable for “Marhamat” tariff subscribers. 12. Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not use the minutes provided within the limits of “Marhamat” tariff.
