    Holders of messengers and social networks use a specific range of IP addresses and protocols to provide their services. Ucell provides amount of traffic specially for these (registered) ranges. Ucell is not responsible for changing of ranges of IP addresses and protocols by their holders, in this cases traffic charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.br /> When connecting to social networks and messengers via proxy servers, VPN or third party websites traffic charges according to Ucell-Internet price by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.

    Smartphones spend mobile traffic in the background by default for: system and application updates; synchronization data with widgets (weather, calendar and other) and social networks, also for counter analysts (Google, google-analytics.com , googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net). Internet traffic for this directions charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.

    Terms:

    Price of one successful exchange:

    • Megabytes for minutes – 2 000 soums,
    • Minutes for megabytes – 5 000 soums.

    • Maximum 1000 MBs/minutes can be changed per month;
    • The validity period of the traffic is 7 days from the date of assignment;
    • Only minutes within network can be changed in the ratio of 2 to 1, that is, for every 2 minutes the subscriber will receive 1 MB of internet traffic;
    • Only MB within the tariff plan can be changed in the ratio of 2 to 1, that is, for every 2 MB of internet traffic the subscriber will receive 1 minute;
    • In case of an exchange of an odd number of MBs, the minutes provided are rounded up;
    • You can use the traffic received via the exchange only in the active status;
    • If internet session is active at the time of service activation, for correct work of the service, you need to interrupt it, activate the service and then resume the session;
    • The exchange is unavailable one day prior to monthly subscription fee charging from 23:00 to 01:00 of the next day.
    • The service is available till 15.09.2019 for Mood tariff line subscribers.
  •   Additional terms

    • Since 26.11.2018 upon a new connection, in first day, if subscriber doesn’t have enough money on balance for charging monthly fee, daily subscription fee for tariff won’t be charged. System will start trying to charge daily fee according to the terms of tariff starting from the next day from the day of connection.
    • If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging, the subscriber's balance remains less than the amount of monthly subscription fee, in this case, the daily subscription fee will be debited from the subscriber's balance. If at the moment of daily subscription fee charging a subscriber’s balance remains less than the cost of the daily subscription fee, in this case daily subscription fee is fully charged once, with the balance becoming negative and the daily limits provided by the tariff are set in full. Limits become available immediately after transition to active status.
    *Charging of monthly fee and assigning limits of minutes and megabytes on the tariff plans is carried out on the first day of each month between 00:00 and 08:00 (time of charge is not fixed). To do this, a subscriber needs to have enough funds on the balance to charge monthly subscription fee in full. If on the first day of the month there were not enough funds on subscriber’s balance to charge the monthly subscription fee, a subscriber has the opportunity to refill the balance at any time convenient for him during the period from the 1st to the 15th day (inclusive) of the month. As soon as a subscriber refills his balance, monthly subscription fee will be charged in full (including for those days in which the daily subscription fee was charged) and all limits of minutes and megabytes will also be assigned in full and will remain in effect until the end of the calendar month.
    • On the 16th of each month, an attempt to charge monthly subscription fee and limit assignments occur once in the period from 00:00 to 07:59 and the time of charging is not fixed. To successfully charge monthly subscription fee and assign appropriate limits on this day of the calendar month for 00:00, we recommend you to have enough money on your balance to completely charge the monthly subscription fee. If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging there are not enough funds, the Company system will retry the operation again, even if a subscriber refills his balance by 08:00. After 08:00 on the 16th day and until the end of the calendar month, monthly subscription fee is not charged and the limits on the tariff plan are not assigned, even if there will be enough funds on subscriber number.
    • **Charging of daily subscription fee and assigning of limits on tariff plans occurs every day from 00:00 to 08:00 (time of charge is not fixed), provided that monthly subscription fee for the current period has not been charged from subscriber's balance. If at the time of daily subscription fee charging balance remains less than the amount of subscription fee, in this case daily subscription fee is charged once in full, with the balance becoming negative and the daily limits provided by the tariff are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after transition to active status. If monthly subscription fee has not been debited from a subscriber balance on the 16th of the month, then starting from this day until the end of each month, daily subscription fee will be charged from a subscriber’s balance.
    • Limits assigned on a monthly and daily subscription fee are available to subscribers until the end of the month in which they were assigned. The above limits are available to subscribers only in active status.
    • In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using limits within the tariff plan, we recommend you first check the limit of minutes and internet traffic using the USSD-request *103#. Before calculating calls and internet limits are charged according to the tariffs indicated above the limit.
    • "Good mood", "Cool mood" and "Excellent mood" tariff plans are available only for Prepaid subscribers.
    • "Good mood", "Cool mood" and "Excellent mood" tariff plans are available for new connections and swapping.
    • When you swap to one of the "Mood" tariffs (except “Supermood”) from "Happy 25", "Happy 25+", "Active 45", "Active 70" "Active 100" tariff plans, the rest of minutes limit within Uzbekistan will be available only for calls outside of network
    • When you swap to one of the tariffs of "Mood" tariff line from "Happy 25", "Happy 25+", tariff plans rest of MB within the tariffs will be available for Telegram, WhatsApp and Facebook applications.
    • When you swap to one of the tariffs of "Mood" (except “Supermood”) tariff line from "Convenient within Uzbekistan" bundles rest of minutes within the bundles will be available only for calls outside of network.
    • With a new connection to "Mood" tariff plans the daily subscription fee is charged first of all, for charging the monthly subscription fee a subscriber must meet the conditions for charging the monthly subscription fee.
    • When swapping to these tariff plans, monthly subscription fee is charged in a scaled manner (monthly subscription fee and limits are charged/assigned in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month), the limits are valid until the end of the current month. If at the moment of swapping there are not enough funds on subscriber's balance to charge monthly subscription fee, then after swapping, daily subscription fee will be charged, i.e. the subscriber must take into account the conditions of monthly and daily subscription fees charging.
    • When connect/swap to the tariff, the first monthly subscription fee and limits are assigned scaled if there is enough funds on the balance of subscriber. If at the time of connection/swapping there are not enough funds in subscriber’s balance to charge the monthly subscription fee, the system will charge the daily subscription fee. Once there is enough money in subscriber’s balance to charge the monthly subscription fee, the system will charge the monthly subscription fee and set limits (the subscription fee and limits are assigned scaled, i.e. in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month, starting from the date of connection/swapping to the tariff plan). The system will try to charge monthly subscription fee within 16 days after the connection / swapping (if the given period of time has passed to a new month, and if there is a necessary funds on the balance of the subscriber, then the monthly subscription fee for the unpaid period will be charged first). The system will charge the monthly subscription fee on the sixteenth day only until 08:00. The assigned limits will be valid until the end of the calendar month in which they were assigned to subscriber.
    • When swapping from “Mood” tariff line to “Simple” tariff, previously assigned internet traffic for Telegram application will be spent for TAS-IX direction. The aggregated internet traffic will be available until the end of the day, in which the tariff plan has been changed. Starting from the next day, the previous traffic will be set to zero, and the new one will be provided on a daily basis according to the terms of the new selected tariff plan. Before internet traffic usage, please check assigned bonuses via USSD-request *102#.
    • Calls to information and entertainment services as well as international destinations do not spend minutes provided within the limits of the tariff plan.
    • Minutes and MB limits, provided within tariff plans are not available for subscribers which are in roaming.
    • We recommend subscribers who use internet services to get acquainted with additional information about funds reservation system and 4G network features.
    • "0 within network" and "VIP" services are not available for subscribers of this tariff line.

    Important.

    1. Monthly subscription fee is charged on a monthly basis without binding to the 1st day of the calendar month. For example, if a subscriber connects to the tariff plan on the 24th day, the next monthly subscription fee will be charged on the 24th day of the next month. If the subscriber connects on the 31st day, then the next subscription fee will be charged on the 30th day, or on the 28/29th day of February, if there are 31 days in the next month, then the 31st day.
    2. Monthly tariff limits are set only after successful charging of monthly subscription fee for the current period. Validity period of monthly/daily limits within the tariff plan is one month. One month includes the period from the date of connection/swapping to the tariff plan till the next period of monthly subscription fee charging. Monthly and daily limits are available to subscribers only in active status.
    Limits for Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp are available for usage only when there are at least 1750 soums in the main balance or 5 MB for external internet.
    The remaining unused limits on the tariff plan become unavailable in the new period. For example, if a subscriber connected/swapped to the tariff plan on the 24th day, then in case subscription fee for the current period is successfully charged, the limits within the tariff plan will be available to a subscriber until the 23rd day of the next month. If a subscriber connects, for example, on the 31st day, then the limits will be available to a subscriber until the last day of the next month, for example, on the 29th or 27/28th on February, if the next month is 31 days, then the 30th.
    In order to avoid misunderstandings before using the limits provided under the tariff plan, we recommend to pre-check the assignment of the limits of minutes and internet traffic via USSD request *103#. Prior to setting limits, calls and the internet is charged according to the tariffs indicated above the limit. With the help of mentioned above request you can also check the validity of the assigned limits of minutes and internet traffic.
    3. Monthly subscription fee is charged and monthly tariff limits are assigned from 00:00 to 08:00 (the time of charging is not fixed). The date of charging of monthly subscription fee is the date of connection or swapping to the tariff plan. To charge monthly subscription fee in full, a subscriber needs to have a sufficient amount of funds on the balance. If at the time of attempting to charge monthly subscription fee a subscriber’s balance is insufficient, a subscriber has the opportunity to replenish his balance any time convenient for him within 16 days after the connection/swapping date. As soon as a subscriber replenishes his balance, monthly subscription fee will be charged in full (including for those days when subscription fee was charged) and all limits (as part of the monthly subscription fee) will be assigned in full and will be valid until the end of the monthly period. The system will attempt to charge monthly subscription fee on the 16th day until 08:00 only.
    4. On the 16th day an attempt to charge monthly subscription fee and assignment of limits occurs once in the period from 00:00 to 07:59 hours and the time of charging is not fixed. To successfully charge monthly subscription fee and assign the appropriate limits on this day at 00:00 o'clock, it is recommended to have a sufficient amount on the balance to fully charge monthly subscription fee. In case there is not enough money on a subscriber’s balance at the time of monthly subscription fee charging, the Company’s system will not re-attempt to charge it, even if a subscriber’s balance is replenished by 08:00 hours. After 08:00 o'clock on the 16th day, monthly subscription fee is not deducted and limits for the tariff plan are not set, even if there is sufficient amount of funds on subscriber balance to charge it. If on the 16th day from the beginning of the monthly period monthly subscription fee has not been charged from a subscriber balance, then from that day until the end of the monthly period, a subscriber balance will be charged with a daily subscription fee.
    5.  If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging a subscriber’s balance has less funds than monthly subscription fee amount, then daily subscription fee will be charged from subscriber’s balance.
    6. Charging of daily subscription fee and assigning of limits on tariff plans occurs every day from 00:00 to 08:00 (time of charge is not fixed), provided that monthly subscription fee for the current period has not been charged from subscriber's balance. If at the time of daily subscription fee charging balance remains less than the amount of subscription fee, in this case daily subscription fee is charged once in full, balance become negative and the daily limits provided by the tariff are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after transition to active status. If monthly subscription fee has not been debited from a subscriber balance on the 16th of the month, then starting from this day until the end of each month, daily subscription fee will be charged from a subscriber’s balance.
    7. Limits on the tariff plan (monthly and daily) are available to subscribers for a period equal to one month. The balance of unused limits under the tariff plan becomes unavailable in the new period. The period of one month is determined from the date of connection / transition to the tariff plan. For example, if the subscriber has connected/switched to the tariff plan on the 24th, then upon successful cancellation of the subscription fee for the current period, the limits within the tariff plan will be available to the subscriber until the 24th (not inclusive) of the next month. If the subscriber has connected, for example, on 31st, then the limits will be available to a subscriber until the last day of the next month, for example, up to 30th (not inclusive) or until 28/29th (not inclusive) in February, if in the following month contains 31 days, then up to 31st (not inclusive).
    8. With a new connection/swapping monthly subscription fee and limits are charged/assigned in full (not SCALED) in case there are sufficient funds on a subscriber’s balance. If at the moment of swapping there is not enough money on subscriber balance to charge monthly subscription fee, then daily subscription fee will be charged by the system. As soon as subscriber replenishes his account and the balance is enough to charge monthly subscription fee, monthly subscription fee will be charged in full (including those days when daily subscription fee was charged) and limits will be assigned in full and will be valid until the end of the period. The system will attempt to charge monthly subscription fee during 16 days after connection/swapping. The system will attempt to charge monthly fee on the 16th day of the month only once before 08:00.
    9. Since 26.11.2018 upon a new connection, in first day, if subscriber doesn’t have enough money on balance for charging monthly fee, daily subscription fee for tariff won’t be charged. System will start trying to charge daily fee according to the terms of tariff starting from the next day from the day of connection. In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using limits within the tariff plan, we recommend you first check the limit of minutes and internet traffic using the USSD-request *103#. Before calculating calls and internet limits are charged according to the tariffs indicated above the limit.
    10. The remaining limits from "Easy week", "Among friends", "Happy 25", "Happy 25+", " New positive"," Positive", " More" tariff plans and "Mood" and "Active" tariff lines when switching "Mood" tariffs will be summed up to the limits of the selected tariff plan, while the validity of the previous limits is not extended, that is, the validity period of the previously assigned limits remains the same.  It is important to know that when checking limits via USSD-request *103#, subscribers are shown the date of validity of the limits assigned within "Mood" tariff plan.
    11. When you swap to one of the "Mood" tariffs from "Happy 25", "Happy 25+", "Active 45", "Active 70" "Active 100" tariff plans, the rest of minutes limit within Uzbekistan will be available only for calls outside of network.
         When you swap to one of the tariffs of "Mood" tariff line from "Happy 25", "Happy 25+", tariff plans rest of MB within the tariffs will be available for Telegram, WhatsApp and Facebook applications.
        
  • “Restart” service
    1.“Restart” service is available for subscribers of the “Mood” (Except "Supermood") and “Active” tariff lines.
    2.“Restart” service is activated via USSD *222#.
    3.“Restart” service is available to subscribers in active status.
    4.“Restart” service provides the ability to activate the monthly limits according to the terms of the tariff plan. After successful activation of this service, daily subscription fee is not charged further, even if a subscriber has not paid the monthly subscription fee for the current period.
    5.After activation of “Restart” service, the full monthly subscription fee is charged from the subscriber’s balance and full monthly limits are assigned within monthly subscription fee of the subscriber’s tariff plan.
    6.The rest of the limits (minutes within network/ outside network/within Uzbekistan) assigned within the tariff plans and services (except “Convenient minutes” service) of a subscriber, as well as internet traffic within the tariff plans and “Internet transfer" service is set to zero when successful activation "Restart" service.
    7.Upon successful activation of “Restart” service, validity period of the limits and the date of charging the monthly subscription fee is set for 1 month from the moment of activation of this service.
    8.Upon successful activation of “Restart” service, subscription fee on “Mood” and “Active” tariff plans is not charged daily, and later on, only the monthly subscription fee is charged.
    9.Upon successful activation of “Restart” service, a new monthly period of 1 month is determined.
    10.If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging the balance remains less than the subscription fee, then in this case monthly subscription fee is charged in full, and the balance becomes negative and the limits provided within the monthly subscription fee are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the subscriber becomes active.
    11.The monthly subscription fee is charged and monthly tariff limits are assigned monthly from 00:00 to 08:00 (the time of charging is not fixed). The date of monthly subscription fee charging in the monthly period is the date of the last successful activation of "Restart" service. To charge monthly subscription fee, a subscriber needs to be in active status.
    12.If a subscriber is in blocked status, then monthly subscription fee is not charged and limits are not assigned. When the subscriber’s number transfers to active status, then monthly subscription fee charges:
    1. Immediately. If after replenishment the subscriber’s balance becomes equal or more than monthly subscription fee within the tariff. After charging monthly subscription fee limits will be assigned according to subscriber’s tariff plan. Charged subscription fee doesn’t move the date of the next subscription fee charging within the tariff as well as limits’ validity period is not moved.
    2. At the nearest night in the period between 00:00 – 08:00 o’clock (the time of charging is not fixed), if after the balance replenishment the subscriber’s balance transfers to active status, but the amount is not enough for monthly tariff fee charging. After charging the tariff fee limits will be assigned according to the terms of the tariff plan. Charged subscription fee doesn’t move the date of the next subscription fee charging within the tariff as well as limits validity period is not moved.  To avoid misunderstandings after transition from blocked status and if the funds on the balance are less than the amount of tariff fee we recommend you to activate “Restart” service via USSD *222#, thus, after the successful activation of this service, monthly subscription fee will be charged from the subscriber’s balance and limits within the tariff plan will be assigned, and monthly period and validity of the limits will be set to one month from the day of the last successful activation of  “Restart” service.
    Reminder! Limits within the tariff are available for usage in active status only.
    13.You can disable “Restart” service only by changing the tariff plan to another open tariff plan of the Prepaid system.
    14.Before using the limits within the tariff plan, we recommend you first check assignment of the limits of minutes and megabytes via USSD request *103#. Before calculating the limits, calls and internet are charged according to the tariffs indicated above the limit.
     
  • Terms of “Supermood” tariff plan

    • * Monthly subscription fee is charged on a monthly basis without binding to the 1st day of the calendar month. For example, if a subscriber connects to the tariff plan on the 24th day of the month, the next monthly subscription fee will be charged on the 24th day of the next month. If the subscriber connects on the 31st, then the next subscription fee will be charged on the 30th, or on the 28/29th of February, if there are 31 days in the next month, then the 31st day.

    • Tariff plan is available for swapping or with a new connection.

    • Monthly tariff limits are set only after successful charging of the monthly subscription fee for the current period. Validity period of monthly limits within the tariff plan is one month. One month includes the period from the date of connection to the tariff plan till the next period of monthly subscription fee charging. Monthly limits are available to subscribers only in active status.

    • The remaining unused limits on the tariff plan become unavailable in the new period. For example, if a subscriber connects/ swaps to the tariff plan on the 24th day, then if subscription fee for the current period is successfully charged, the limits within the tariff plan will be available to a subscriber until the 23rd day of the next month. If the subscriber connects, for example, on the 31st day, then the limits will be available to a subscriber until the last day of the next month, for example, on the 29th or 27/28th on February, if the next month is 31 days, then the 30th.

    • Monthly subscription fee is charged and the monthly tariff limits are assigned from 00:00 to 08:00 (the time for charging is not fixed). The date of monthly subscription fee charging in the monthly period is the connection date. To charge the monthly subscription fee, the subscriber needs to be in active status. If subscriber’s number is in the blocked status, the monthly subscription fee is not charged and limits are not assigned.

    • If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging, the balance remains less than the cost of the monthly subscription fee, then the monthly subscription fee is charged once in full, the subscriber’s balance becomes negative and the monthly limits within the tariff are provided in full. Limits become available immediately after the subscriber number goes to the active status.

    • If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging the subscriber number is in the blocked status, the monthly subscription fee is not charged and limits are not assigned. In this case, when the subscriber number becomes active, the monthly subscription fee is charged at the nearest night from 00:01 to 08:00 (charging time is not fixed), while the monthly subscription fee is charged after the subscriber number leaves the blocked status, it does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan.

    • In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within the tariff plan we recommend to preliminarily check the assignment of the limits within the tariff via USSD request *102# and *103#. Prior to charging, calls, SMS and Internet are charged according to the tariffs indicated above the limit.

    • With a new connection, the monthly subscription fee and limits are charged and limits are assigned fully (not scaled) if a subscriber’s balance is positive.

    • Night internet traffic limits can be used only within the period from 01:00 until 09:00. For correct tariffication of included limit of internet we recommend you not to start internet session in the period of transition of night traffic time to day-time (on 09:00) and vice versa (on 01:00).

    • In case of swapping from “Supermood” tariff plan to “Simple” tariff, the rest of internet traffic for Facebook, Telegram and WhatsApp will be spent for TAS-IX direction. Summarized internet traffic will be available until the end of the day, when tariff plan will be changed. Starting from the next day, previous traffic will be set to zero, new traffic will be assigned according to the terms of the new chosen tariff plan. We kindly ask you to check the assignment of the limits via *102# USSD request before using internet traffic.

    • When swapping from “Supermood” tariff to other open tariffs (except “Active”) the rest of night MB limit becomes unavailable:
    When swapping from “Supermood” tariff to some other tariff of “Mood” tariff line the rest of minutes for calls within Uzbekistan limit will be available for “off network” direction.

    • Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not use the minutes provided within the limits of the tariff plan

    • The limits provided under the tariff plan are not available for subscribers in roaming.

    • Loyalty program “We appreciate you!” campaign is available for subscribers of this tariff plan.

    • Subscribers of “Supermood” tariff have access to “You’ve got a call”, “Night Internet” and “Convenient minutes” services.

    • Subscribers of “Supermood” tariff plan do not have access to “0 within network”, “VIP” and the “Convenient within the network” service packages, as well as “Convenient within Uzbekistan” services
