Additional terms
  • If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging, the subscriber's balance remains less than the amount of monthly subscription fee, in this case, the daily subscription fee will be debited from the subscriber's balance. If at the moment of daily subscription fee charging a subscriber’s balance remains less than the cost of the daily subscription fee, in this case daily subscription fee is fully charged once, with the balance becoming negative and the daily limits provided by the tariff are set in full. Limits become available immediately after transition to active status.
  • * Charging of monthly fee and assigning limits of minutes and megabytes on the tariff plans is carried out on the first day of each month between 00:00 and 08:00 (time of charge is not fixed). To do this, a subscriber needs to have enough funds on the balance to charge monthly subscription fee in full. If on the first day of the month there were not enough funds on subscriber’s balance to charge the monthly subscription fee, a subscriber has the opportunity to refill the balance at any time convenient for him during the period from the 1st to the 15th day (inclusive) of the month. As soon as a subscriber refills his balance, monthly subscription fee will be charged in full (including for those days in which the daily subscription fee was charged) and all limits of minutes and megabytes will also be assigned in full and will remain in effect until the end of the calendar month.
  • Please note - the monthly subscription fee will be charged if the subscriber replenishes the balance and was in active status at the same time. If the subscriber number is in blocked status, it is recommended to refill the balance with two separate payments: the first payment - to transfer the subscriber number to active status, the second payment - to charge monthly subscription fee. The amount of the two payments must be sufficient to charge monthly subscription fee in full.
  • On the 16th of each month, an attempt to charge monthly subscription fee and limit assignments occur once in the period from 00:00 to 07:59 and the time of charging is not fixed. To successfully charge monthly subscription fee and assign appropriate limits on this day of the calendar month for 00:00, we recommend you to have enough money on your balance to completely charge the monthly subscription fee. If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging there are not enough funds, the Company system will retry the operation again, even if a subscriber refills his balance by 08:00. After 08:00 on the 16th day and until the end of the calendar month, monthly subscription fee is not charged and the limits on the tariff plan are not assigned, even if there will be enough funds on subscriber number.
  • ** Charging of daily subscription fee and assigning of limits on tariff plans occurs every day from 00:00 to 08:00 (time of charge is not fixed), provided that monthly subscription fee for the current period has not been charged from subscriber's balance. If at the time of daily subscription fee charging balance remains less than the amount of subscription fee, in this case daily subscription fee is charged once in full, with the balance becoming negative and the daily limits provided by the tariff are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after transition to active status. If monthly subscription fee has not been debited from a subscriber balance on the 16th of the month, then starting from this day until the end of each month, daily subscription fee will be charged from a subscriber’s balance.
  • Limits assigned on a monthly and daily subscription fee are available to subscribers until the end of the month in which they were assigned. The above limits are available to subscribers only in active status.
  • In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using limits within the tariff plan, we recommend you first check the limit of minutes and internet traffic using the USSD-request *103#. Before calculating calls and internet limits are charged according to the tariffs indicated above the limit.
  • "Good mood", "Cool mood" and "Excellent mood" tariff plans are available only for Prepaid subscribers.
  • "Good mood", "Cool mood" and "Excellent mood" tariff plans are available for new connections and swapping.
  • When you swap to one of the "Mood" tariffs from "Happy 25", "Exact", "Successful", "Happy 25+", "Exact+", "Active 40", "Active 60" "Active 90"  tariff plans, the rest of minutes limit within Uzbekistan will be available only for calls outside of network
  • When you swap to one of the tariffs of "Mood" tariff line from "Happy 25", "Exact", "Successful", "Happy 25+", "Exact+" tariff plans rest of MB within the tariffs will be available for Telegram and Facebook applications.
  • When you swap to one of the tariffs of "Mood" tariff line from "Convenient internet", "Convenient 4G", "Convenient within Uzbekistan" bundles rest of minutes within the bundles will be available only for calls outside of network.
  • With a new connection to "Mood" tariff plans the daily subscription fee is charged first of all, for charging the monthly subscription fee a subscriber must meet the conditions for charging the monthly subscription fee.
  • When swapping to these tariff plans, monthly subscription fee is charged in a scaled manner (monthly subscription fee and limits are charged/assigned in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month), the limits are valid until the end of the current month. If at the moment of swapping there are not enough funds on subscriber's balance to charge monthly subscription fee, then after swapping, daily subscription fee will be charged, i.e. the subscriber must take into account the conditions of monthly and daily subscription fees charging.
  • When connect/swap to the tariff, the first monthly subscription fee and limits are assigned scaled if there is enough funds on the balance of subscriber. If at the time of connection/swapping there are not enough funds in subscriber’s balance to charge the monthly subscription fee, the system will charge the daily subscription fee. Once there is enough money in subscriber’s balance to charge the monthly subscription fee, the system will charge the monthly subscription fee and set limits (the subscription fee and limits are assigned scaled, i.e. in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month, starting from the date of connection/swapping to the tariff plan). The system will try to charge monthly subscription fee within 16 days after the connection / swapping (if the given period of time has passed to a new month, and if there is a necessary funds on the balance of the subscriber, then the monthly subscription fee for the unpaid period will be charged first). The system will charge the monthly subscription fee on the sixteenth day only until 08:00. The assigned limits will be valid until the end of the calendar month in which they were assigned to subscriber.
  • When swapping from “Mood” tariff line to “Simple” tariff, previously assigned internet traffic for Telegram application will be spent for TAS-IX direction. The aggregated internet traffic will be available until the end of the day, in which the tariff plan has been changed. Starting from the next day, the previous traffic will be set to zero, and the new one will be provided on a daily basis according to the terms of the new selected tariff plan. Before internet traffic usage, please check assigned bonuses via USSD-request *102#.
  • Calls to information and entertainment services as well as international destinations do not spend minutes provided within the limits of the tariff plan.
  • Minutes and MB limits, provided within tariff plans are not available for subscribers which are in roaming.
  • We recommend subscribers who use internet services to get acquainted with additional information about funds reservation system and 4G network features.
  • "0 within network" and "VIP" services are not available for subscribers of this tariff line.
Important

1. Monthly subscription fee is charged on a monthly basis without binding to the 1st day of the calendar month. For example, if a subscriber connects to the tariff plan on the 24th day, the next monthly subscription fee will be charged on the 24th day of the next month. If the subscriber connects on the 31st day, then the next subscription fee will be charged on the 30th day, or on the 28/29th day of February, if there are 31 days in the next month, then the 31st day.
2. Monthly tariff limits are set only after successful charging of monthly subscription fee for the current period. Validity period of monthly/daily limits within the tariff plan is one month. One month includes the period from the date of connection/swapping to the tariff plan till the next period of monthly subscription fee charging. Monthly and daily limits are available to subscribers only in active status.
The remaining unused limits on the tariff plan become unavailable in the new period. For example, if a subscriber connected/swapped to the tariff plan on the 24th day, then in case subscription fee for the current period is successfully charged, the limits within the tariff plan will be available to a subscriber until the 23rd day of the next month. If a subscriber connects, for example, on the 31st day, then the limits will be available to a subscriber until the last day of the next month, for example, on the 29th or 27/28th on February, if the next month is 31 days, then the 30th.
In order to avoid misunderstandings before using the limits provided under the tariff plan, we recommend to pre-check the assignment of the limits of minutes and internet traffic via USSD request *103#. Prior to setting limits, calls and the internet is charged according to the tariffs indicated above the limit. With the help of mentioned above request you can also check the validity of the assigned limits of minutes and internet traffic.
3. Monthly subscription fee is charged and monthly tariff limits are assigned from 00:00 to 08:00 (the time of charging is not fixed). The date of charging of monthly subscription fee is the date of connection or swapping to the tariff plan. To charge monthly subscription fee in full, a subscriber needs to have a sufficient amount of funds on the balance. If at the time of attempting to charge monthly subscription fee a subscriber’s balance is insufficient, a subscriber has the opportunity to replenish his balance any time convenient for him within 16 days after the connection/swapping date. As soon as a subscriber replenishes his balance, monthly subscription fee will be charged in full (including for those days when subscription fee was charged) and all limits (as part of the monthly subscription fee) will be assigned in full and will be valid until the end of the monthly period. The system will attempt to charge monthly subscription fee on the 16th day until 08:00 only.
4. On the 16th day an attempt to charge monthly subscription fee and assignment of limits occurs once in the period from 00:00 to 07:59 hours and the time of charging is not fixed. To successfully charge monthly subscription fee and assign the appropriate limits on this day at 00:00 o'clock, it is recommended to have a sufficient amount on the balance to fully charge monthly subscription fee. In case there is not enough money on a subscriber’s balance at the time of monthly subscription fee charging, the Company’s system will not re-attempt to charge it, even if a subscriber’s balance is replenished by 08:00 hours. After 08:00 o'clock on the 16th day, monthly subscription fee is not deducted and limits for the tariff plan are not set, even if there is sufficient amount of funds on subscriber balance to charge it. If on the 16th day from the beginning of the monthly period monthly subscription fee has not been charged from a subscriber balance, then from that day until the end of the monthly period, a subscriber balance will be charged with a daily subscription fee.
5. Monthly subscription fee will be charged in the event that a subscriber refills the balance and at the same time is in active status. If a subscriber number is in the blocked status, then it is recommended to replenish balance with two separate payments: the first payment - to transfer a subscriber number to the active status, the second payment - to charge monthly subscription fee. The amount of the two payments should be sufficient to charge monthly subscription fee in full.
6. If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging a subscriber’s balance has less funds than monthly subscription fee amount, then daily subscription fee will be charged from subscriber’s balance.
7. Charging of daily subscription fee and assigning of limits on tariff plans occurs every day from 00:00 to 08:00 (time of charge is not fixed), provided that monthly subscription fee for the current period has not been charged from subscriber's balance. If at the time of daily subscription fee charging balance remains less than the amount of subscription fee, in this case daily subscription fee is charged once in full, balance become negative and the daily limits provided by the tariff are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after transition to active status. If monthly subscription fee has not been debited from a subscriber balance on the 16th of the month, then starting from this day until the end of each month, daily subscription fee will be charged from a subscriber’s balance.
8. Limits on the tariff plan (monthly and daily) are available to subscribers for a period equal to one month. The balance of unused limits under the tariff plan becomes unavailable in the new period. The period of one month is determined from the date of connection / transition to the tariff plan. For example, if the subscriber has connected/switched to the tariff plan on the 24th, then upon successful cancellation of the subscription fee for the current period, the limits within the tariff plan will be available to the subscriber until the 24th (not inclusive) of the next month. If the subscriber has connected, for example, on 31st, then the limits will be available to a subscriber until the last day of the next month, for example, up to 30th (not inclusive) or until 28/29th (not inclusive) in February, if in the following month contains 31 days, then up to 31st (not inclusive).
9. With a new connection/swapping monthly subscription fee and limits are charged/assigned in full (not SCALED) in case there are sufficient funds on a subscriber’s balance. If at the moment of connection/swapping there is not enough money on subscriber balance to charge monthly subscription fee, then daily subscription fee will be charged by the system. As soon as subscriber replenishes his account and the balance is enough to charge monthly subscription fee, monthly subscription fee will be charged in full (including those days when daily subscription fee was charged) and limits will be assigned in full and will be valid until the end of the period. The system will attempt to charge monthly subscription fee during 16 days after connection/swapping. The system will attempt to charge monthly fee on the 16th day of the month only once before 08:00.
10. The remaining limits from "Easy week", "Among friends", "Happy 25", "Clear"," Successful"," Happy 25+"," Clear+"," Successful+"," New positive"," Positive"," More" tariff plans and "Mood" and "Active" tariff lines when switching "Mood" tariffs will be summed up to the limits of the selected tariff plan, while the validity of the previous limits is not extended, that is, the validity period of the previously assigned limits remains the same.  It is important to know that when checking limits via USSD-request *103#, subscribers are shown the date of validity of the limits assigned within "Mood" tariff plan.
