Subscriber fee is charged only in active status of the subscriber, regardless of the balance amount. After subscriber fee is charged, the prescribed by the tariff, minutes, SMS and megabytes will be assigned fully.
After moving from any Prepaid tariff to "Successful", subscriber fee for the first day will be charged immediately and the limit of free minutes, SMS and megabytes will be assigned at the moment of tariff change. For checking the residue amount of free minutes and megabytes send USSD-request to *102# and for checking residue of SMS send USSD-request to *104#.
Please be informed that limits of SMS, minutes within Uzbekistan and MBs will be nullified after switching to the "Exact" tariff plan.
Accumulated MB will not be available after swapping to “Easy to remember” tariff.
When switching to "Simple," More!", "Positive" tariff plans previously assigned Internet traffic on this tariff will be spent for TAS-IX destinations. When switching to "Available Internet" and "OK" tariff plans - for Telegram application, according to the terms of the new tariff plan selected. Summarized traffic will be available until the end of the day, when tariff plan is changed. Starting from the next day, the previous traffic will be set to zero, and the new one will be provided on a daily basis under the terms of the new selected tariff plan. Before Internet traffic usage, please check the assigned bonuses via USSD *102#.
Dear subscribers of "Successful" tariff. Please be informed, that assignment of daily minutes, SMS and Internet traffic, according to the technical conditions is held after 00:00. In order to avoid misunderstandings, we recommend you to check assignment of daily limits on your balance before making calls, sending SMS or using Internet at this time (in this direction). Due to the reason that subscriber fee as well as assignment of the daily minutes, SMS and Internet traffic is held at the nighttime, we kindly ask you to check your balance on availability of necessary amount of money. This will allow to avoid the inconveniences associated with the moving of the subscriber number to the blocked status and hence non-assignment of the daily limits.
Daily limit for calls within network and Uzbekistan, limit for SMS and megabytes for Internet is not provided in case when subscriber fee cannot be charged from core balance. If the cause of this is the lack of funds or being in the blocked status for more than 24 hours from the last moment of charging subscriber fee, charging will be applied according to tariffs mentioned in price lists.

Subscriber fee is charged at night time at any positive balance and only while being in "Active" status.
You can use the limits provided by the tariff plan only in active status. If you move from active status to a blocked with limits, then you can continue to use limits until the end of the session or the completion of limits within the tariff plan.
Under the terms of the campaign with beautiful numbers, carried out within the tariff plan "Successful" in the period from March 5, 2015 to September 9, 2015, the swap from "Successful" tariff to "Among Friends", "the FRESH" and "More!" tariffs is possible on one calendar year expiry from the date of subscription to Ucell network by sending USSD-request to the number * 811 #. From October 31 2016 restrictions will be removed and link on affordable tariffs of Prepaid system will be possible via USSD- request *877#, *111#, *120# and *717#. This condition applies to subscribers activated "beautiful" numbers with discount during the promotional period of campaign at "Successful" tariff.
