We are pleased to inform you that from September 24, 2018 Ucell launches "Wish number 2.0" campaign with monthly tariff plans. Get a beautiful number with a nominal of up to 1 258 790 soums at the price of a usual one, as well as minutes and SMS packages for Uzbekistan and internet traffic, simply by connecting to "Excellent mood BN", "Active 45 BN", "Active 70 BN" and "Active 100 BN" tariff plans.
All you need is to stay on the tariff for 3 months or more, depending on the chosen category of the beautiful number.

A mandatory subscription condition is minimum payment 4000 soum amount to the subscriber balance and the amount of daily/monthly subscription fee under the terms of the selected tariff plan, if necessary.

The validity period of the campaign is from September 24, 2018 to September 24, 2019 or limited by the quantity of beautiful numbers.

Please note that the bonus limits provided for Facebook social network, Telegram and Tas-IX within the terms of the tariff plan are not spent in the case of connecting via VPN/ “third-party” sites/ "third-party" mobile browsers (for example, Opera Mini, Chrome, etc.)

Attention!
Holders of messengers and social networks use a specific range of IP addresses and protocols to provide their services. Ucell provides amount of traffic specially for these (registered) ranges. Ucell is not responsible for changing of ranges of IP addresses and protocols by their holders, in this cases traffic charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.
When connecting to social networks and messengers via proxy servers, VPN or third party websites traffic charges according to Ucell-Internet price by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.

Note
Smartphones spend mobile traffic in the background by default for: system and application updates; synchronization data with widgets (weather, calendar and other) and social networks, also for counter analysts (Google, google-analytics.com , googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net). Internet traffic for this directions charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions..

"Re-execution of the Contract"" service is not available on the specified tariff plans.
Additional information

The following conditions apply to subscribers transferred from the Exact BN and Successful BN tariffs on May 21, 2019.

Tariff plans are available only for a new connection or when swapping within the campaign.
  • On "Excellent mood BN", "Active 45 BN", "Active 70 BN" and "Active 100 BN" tariff plans, the subscriber number automatically goes into the blocked status at a balance of 0 soums, in which it can stay for 30 days maximum. If, after 30 days from the moment of blocking, the subscriber number does not transfer to active status, the agreement on the provision of cellular radiotelephone communication services in the network of COSCOM LLC with the subscriber is terminated unilaterally. At the same time, within the first seven days after blocking, the subscriber is provided with free incoming calls and SMS.
  • For subscribers of "Excellent mood BN", "Active 45 BN", "Active 70 BN" and "Active 100 BN" tariff plans, "Freeze number" service is not available.
  • The cost of incoming calls within the Republic of Uzbekistan is not charged, except for incoming calls from paid services.
  • *Monthly subscription fee is charged on a monthly basis without binding to the 1st day of the calendar month. For example, if a subscriber connects to the tariff plan on the 24th day, the next monthly subscription fee will be charged on the 24th day of the next month. If the subscriber connects on the 31st day, then the next subscription fee will be charged on the 30th day, or on the 28/29th day of February, if there are 31 days in the next month, then the 31st day.
  • Monthly tariff limits are set only after successful charging of monthly subscription fee for the current period. Validity period of monthly/daily limits within the tariff plan is one month. One month includes the period from the date of connection/swapping to the tariff plan till the next period of monthly subscription fee charging. Monthly and daily limits are available to subscribers only in active status.
    The remaining unused limits on the tariff plan become unavailable in the new period. For example, if a subscriber connected/swapped to the tariff plan on the 24th day, then in case subscription fee for the current period is successfully charged, the limits within the tariff plan will be available to a subscriber until the 23rd day of the next month. If a subscriber connects, for example, on the 31st day, then the limits will be available to a subscriber until the last day of the next month, for example, on the 29th or 27/28th on February, if the next month is 31 days, then the 30th.
    In order to avoid misunderstandings before using the limits provided under the tariff plan, we recommend to pre-check the assignment of the limits of minutes and internet traffic via USSD requests *102# and/or *103#. Prior to setting limits, calls, SMS and the internet is charged according to the tariffs indicated above the limit. With the help of mentioned above request you can also check the validity of the assigned limits of minutes and internet traffic.
  • Charging of the monthly subscription fee and the assignment of monthly limits within the tariff occurs every month between 00:00 and 08:00 (the time of charging is not fixed). The date of monthly subscription fee charging is the date of connection or swapping to the tariff plan. To do this, the subscriber needs to have enough funds on the balance to charge the monthly subscription fee in full. If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging there is not enough funds on subscriber's balance to charge the monthly subscription fee, the subscriber has the opportunity to refill the balance any time convenient for him during 16 days after the connection/swapping. As soon as a subscriber refills his balance, monthly subscription fee will be charged in full (including for those days in which the daily subscription fee was charged) and all limits (within the frame of monthly subscription fee) will also be assigned in full and will remain in effect until the end of a monthly period. The system will charge the monthly subscription fee on the 16th day until 08:00.
  • On the 16th day, an attempt to charge a monthly subscription fee and limits assignment occurs only once in the period from 00:00 to 07:59 hours and the time of charging is not fixed. To successfully charge monthly subscription fees and assign appropriate limits on that day, we recommend you have enough money on your balance by 00:00 hours to fully charge the monthly subscription fee. If at the time of  monthly subscription fee charging there is not enough money, the Company's system will not retry the charging again, even if the subscriber refills the balance by 08:00. After 08:00 on the 16th day, the monthly subscription fee is not charged and the limits for the tariff plan are not assigned, even if there is enough money on the balance of the subscriber number to charge it. If the monthly subscription fee has not been charged from the subscriber's balance on the 16th, then from that day until the end of the monthly period the daily subscription fee will be charged from the subscriber balance.
  • If there is not enough funds on the balance of the subscriber to charge monthly subscription fee, the daily subscription fee will be debited from the subscriber's balance.
  • ** Charging of the daily subscription fee and assignment of the limits of the tariff plans occurs every day between 00:00 and 08:00 (the time is not fixed), provided that the monthly subscription fee for the current period has not been charged from the balance of subscriber. If at the time of the daily subscription fee charging, the balance remains less than the cost of the subscription fee, in this case, the daily subscription fee is charged once in full, with the balance becoming negative and the limits provided according to the terms of the daily subscription fee are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition to the active status. Daily limits on the tariff are assigned only after charging the daily subscription fee on the tariff for the current day.
  • Limits on the tariff plan (monthly and daily) are available to subscribers for a period equal to one month. The balance of unused limits under the tariff plan becomes unavailable in the new period. The period of one month is determined from the date of connection / transition to the tariff plan. For example, if the subscriber has connected/switched to the tariff plan on the 24th, then upon successful cancellation of the subscription fee for the current period, the limits within the tariff plan will be available to the subscriber until the 24th (not inclusive) of the next month. If the subscriber has connected, for example, on 31st, then the limits will be available to a subscriber until the last day of the next month, for example, up to 30th (not inclusive) or until 28/29th (not inclusive) in February, if in the following month contains 31 days, then up to 31st (not inclusive).
  • Calls to information and entertainment services and international destinations do not spend minutes provided within the limits of the tariff plan.
  • Limits provided within the tariff plans are not available for subscribers who are in roaming.
  • For subscribers of the tariff plans within the campaign, "0 within the network" and "VIP" services are not available.
  • The limits of the night internet traffic can be used only during the period from 01:00 to 09:00 hours. For correct tariffication of the included internet limit, we recommend not to start the internet session during the transition from the night traffic to the daytime traffic (at 09:00) and vice versa (at 01:00).
  • With a new connection to tariffs within "Wish number 2.0" campaign the daily subscription fee is charged at first, for charging the monthly subscription fee a subscriber must meet the conditions for charging the monthly subscription fee.
  • When you swap from "Active 45 BN", "Active 70 BN", "Active 100 BN" tariff plans to other tariffs, the balance of the night limit of MB and TAS-IX limit become unavailable. When you swap to "Excellent BN mood" tariff plan, the previously assigned minute limits for calls to Uzbekistan are available outside the network.
  • Torrent files (download file, torrent protocols, bittorrent) downloaded from TAS-IX sites will use internet traffic as part of the tariff, not the internet traffic allocated in TAS-IX zone.
  • In case the website stated to be in the TAS-IX zone is not included in the list of IP addresses specified above, the Company is not responsible for the traffic charge.
  • We recommend subscribers who use internet services to get acquainted with additional information about funds reservation system and 4G network features.

             *The subscriber can swap to "Simple" tariff plan after successful charging of subscription fee during the number of days indicated in the table. When charging a monthly subscription fee, the subscriber is counted for 30 days. Switch to an available tariff ("Simple") via *140#. You can change the tariff only via special USSD request *140#. To check successfully accrued subscription fees, you can also dial *140#.

"Re-execution of the Contract"" service is not available on the specified tariff plans.

On these tariff plans the service "Re-execution of the Contract" is not available.
  • Subscribers who connected a beautiful number of the "Bronze" category can independently change their tariff plan for "Active 45 BN", "Active 70 BN" and "Active 100 BN", or return from these tariff plans to "Excellent mood BN".
  • Subscribers who have connected a beautiful number of the "Silver" category can independently change their tariff plan for "Active 70 BN" and "Active 100 BN", or return from these tariff plans to "Active 45 BN".
  • Subscribers who connected a beautiful number of the "Gold" category can independently change their tariff plan to "Active 100 BN", or return from this tariff plan to "Active 70 BN".
  • For subscribers who connected a beautiful number of "VIP" category this option is not available.
It is important to note that the change of the tariff plan within the campaign does not affect the mandatory number of days of successful charges of subscription fees for the tariff plan within the campaign, these conditions depend only on the category of the beautiful number.
Important
For subscribers who have connected to the tariffs within “Wish number 2.0” campaign, as well as for them who have changed tariff within this campaign since April 15, 2019:

1. With a new connection and/or with changing tariff within the campaign to “Excellent mood BN”, “Active 45 BN”, “Active 70 BN” and “Active 100 BN” only monthly subscription fee is charged.
2. When monthly subscription fee is charged monthly limits are assigned according to the monthly subscription fee for current tariff plan.
3. The monthly subscription fee is charged in active status, regardless of the rest of funds on the balance.
- Monthly subscription fee is charged without binding to the 1st day of the calendar month: if a subscriber connects to the tariff plan on the 24th day, the next monthly subscription fee will be charged on the 24th day of the next month. If the subscriber connects on the 31st day, then the next subscription fee will be charged on the 30th day, or on the 28/29th day of February, if there are 31 days in the next month, then the 31st day.

- Monthly tariff limits are set only after successful charging of monthly subscription fee for the current period. Validity period of monthly/daily limits within the tariff plan is one month. One month includes the period from the date of connection/swapping to the tariff plan till the next period of monthly subscription fee charging. Monthly and daily limits are available to subscribers only in active status.
Limits for TAS-IX, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp are available for usage only when there are at least 1750 soums in the main balance or 5 MB for external internet. 
- The remaining unused limits on the tariff plan become unavailable in the new period. For example, if a subscriber has connected/swapped to the tariff plan on the 24th day, then in case subscription fee for the current period is successfully charged, the limits within the tariff plan will be available to a subscriber until the 23rd day of the next month. If a subscriber connects, for example, on the 31st day, then the limits will be available to a subscriber until the last day of the next month, for example, on the 29th or 27/28th on February, if the next month is 31 days, then the 30th.

- Monthly subscription fee is charged and monthly tariff limits are assigned from 00:00 to 08:00 (the time of charging is not fixed). The date of charging of monthly subscription fee is the date of connection or swapping to the tariff plan. The date of monthly subscription fee charging in the monthly period is the connection or swapping date to the tariff. To charge the monthly subscription fee, the subscriber needs to be in active status. If subscriber’s number is in the blocked status, the monthly subscription fee is not charged and limits are not assigned.

- If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging, the balance remains less than the cost of the monthly subscription fee, then the monthly subscription fee is charged once in full, the subscriber’s balance becomes negative and the monthly limits within the tariff are provided in full. Limits become available immediately after the subscriber number goes to the active status.

- If a subscriber is in blocked status, then monthly subscription fee is not charged and limits are not assigned. When the subscriber’s number transfers to active status, then monthly subscription fee charges:
• Immediately. If after replenishment the subscriber’s balance becomes equal or more than monthly subscription fee within the tariff. After charging monthly subscription fee limits will be assigned according to subscriber’s tariff plan. Charged subscription fee doesn’t move the date of the next subscription fee charging within the tariff as well as limits’ validity period is not moved.

• At the nearest night in the period between 00:00 – 08:00 o’clock (the time of charging is not fixed), if after the balance replenishment the subscriber’s balance transfers to active status, but the amount is not enough for monthly tariff fee charging. After charging the tariff fee limits will be assigned according to the terms of the tariff plan. Charged subscription fee doesn’t move the date of the next subscription fee charging within the tariff as well as limits validity period is not moved. In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within the tariff plan we recommend to preliminarily check the assignment of the limits within the tariff via USSD request *102# and *103#. Prior to charging, calls, SMS and Internet are charged according to the tariffs indicated above the limit.

4. In case of a new connection/swapping, the monthly subscription fee and limits are charged/ assigned fully (not scaled) if the subscriber’s balance is positive.
5. With a new connection to the tariff plans within “Wish number 2.0” campaign, swapping to other tariff plans within the campaign is possible only on the 4th day (after 72 hours) after the connection.
6. In case of connection to the tariff plans within “Wish number 2.0” campaign and not making all relevant payments under the current tariff plan in full within 36 hours after connection, the number is terminated and the Agreement is terminated unilaterally as well. 7. Restart service is not available for the subscribers on the tariffs within “Wish number 2.0” campaign.
