To assign a service to individuals of the company who refer to categories "individual" and "Corporate VIP" need to send a USSD-request *535#, or contact the company office and fill in the appropriate application.

Monthly internet packages are assigned with the function of automatic assignment.

To disable the automatic assignment function, corporate customers must submit a written request to the company.

Individuals may deactivate the automatic assignment function by dialing *535#, or they can contact the company office and fill in the appropriate application.

Before you start using internet, it is necessary to check traffic balance to avoid additional charges.

When autoassignment is disabled, the built-in "smart internet” service stops functioning;

When auto-assignment function is active, if there is enough money on subscriber’s balance, after 30/60 days (depending on the package purchased) the system will assign a new package of previously purchased face value. In this case, traffic from the previous pack will expire. Internet traffic of new package is assigned from 00:00 on the 31st day.

If autoassignment function is disabled after 30/60 days (depending on the package purchased) from the moment when internet package is activated, the rest of traffic expires;

If you re-purchase the internet package when the period of the current internet package has not expired yet, the traffic included in the new package is added to the balance of unused traffic;

When the traffic is over and the “Smart Internet” service is active, internet will be automatically blocked;

Any client can optionally unlock the internet at a price in over the limit with the request *535# until the end of the validity period of the package;

The period of the traffic will be set equal to the validity period of the last activated internet package. In this case, the auto-assignment function will work according to the terms of the last internet package;

You can use the traffic included in the internet package only in active status;

For correct operation of the service, if internet session is active at the moment of service activation, it is necessary to interrupt the session, activate the service and then resume the session;

After activating the service, you need to check the Internet balance using the request *107#. Make sure it’s changed to the traffic that you purchased. Prior to this, the internet will be charged according to the terms of the tariff plan. In these cases, the company does not accept claims and does not recalculate cost for the services rendered.

From July 26, 2022, The subscription fee for «Monthly internet packages», «Calendar internet packages» and «Gigamania» internet packages is debited at the time of replenishment of the balance for a sufficient amount of the package cost.
Important:
Activation of "Gigamania" internet package is not possible with active Smart Block service. In order to use "Gigamania" internet package before its assignment, Smart Block service must be disabled.
In order to avoid additional costs over assigned limits, we recommend to activate Smart Block service to use internet services after deactivating “Gigamania” internet package.
Attention!
If there is not enough money on subscriber’s balance, the system will attempt to assign internet package during 20 days. When subscription fee is successfully charged, the traffic will be provided in the full volume respectively for the remaining days of the current month.
To connect and disconnect additional services, you should fill out the application form and go to the corporate customer service department.
