Cost of the service:
monthly delivery of the detailed report – 10 104 sum (the payment is made once a month);
delivery of the detailed report at the request of the client – 10 104 sum for every reported months (single payment).
Service is available only for Postpaid subscribers
Attention! To avoid unauthorized access to the confidential information of the client, all files with detailed reports of calls in electronic format which were sent to the e-mail addresses are protected with a special password.
To set up "Delivery of the detailed report of calls via e-mail" service, you need to visit in person the Service-Center of Ucell in your city. At the moment of the visit you should have proof of identity (i.e. passport or driver’s license) and you will have to fill out a special application to request the service.
