The tariff plans when activating the "Special number" service, taking into account the categories of beautiful numbers:

Detailed information

  1. The “Special number” service is available only for new connections.
  2. The service is available for subscribers of the “For Business” tariff line in the Postpaid system.
  3. The connection of chargeable category numbers under this service is only possible at COSCOM's corporate customer service offices.
  4. Under terms of "Special number" service connection, numbers of following categories are available: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, VIP.
  5. If "Special number" service is active, if there is not enough money on the client's account for charging a monthly fee under the tariff plan, a monthly fee will be charged in full and a subscriber number will be transferred to the blocked status, in which it can stay for 60 days. If before the expiry of the specified period the subscriber number connected under the "Special number" service has not been transferred to the "Active" status, on the 61st day the number will be terminated.
  6. Each successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee for the tariff plan in full, under the terms of the "Special Number" service, will count as 1 Unit per subscriber number.
    The number of successful charges of the monthly subscription fee for the service (Unit assignment) can be checked by contacting the operator of the corporate service and/or the contact center of the Company.
  7. If "Special Number" service is activated, "Number Freeze" and "Number re-execution" are not available.
    IMPORTANT: If "Restart" service is activated and/or if monthly subscription fee (scaled) under the tariff plan is not fully charged, Unit is not assigned.
Change of tariff plan

Change of tariff plan under the ''Special number'' service is available at the offices of corporate service, contact center of the Company, as well as by USSD-request *929# (for individuals).
During the validity period of the service "Special Number", switching to another tariff plan is possible only at a higher nominal value.
