Tariff "Our People"


From October 17, 2022 multimedia messaging service (MMS) is not available.
 

Ucell offers an opportunity to our Corporate Customers to create their own exclusive corporate groups, where all employees and their relatives can talk to each other for free. Meanwhile employees and their family are Prepaid subscribers of Ucell and cover their mobile expenses themselves.

Favorable communication in exclusive corporate group is available only for Prepaid subscribers on "Our People" tariff plan. 

All employees + additional 5 family members per each employee are allowed to enter the exclusive corporate group of your company.

* Bonus seconds and SMS are used for outgoing calls and SMS within corporate group, both to numbers of Prepaid subscribers and Postpaid subscribers. 

The terms and conditions of exclusive corporate group and "Our People" tariff plan

  1. You can change "Our people" tariff plan to any other available Prepaid tariff by means of dial to *120#, but even changing tariff plan you will continue to stay in your corporate group. The change of tariff plan by means of *120# will be done according to general rules and price established by Ucell.
  2. You can check which group you are member of by means of call to *855#
  3. You can check whether the other number of subscriber enters the same group as you by means of dialing *855*Number of subscriber# (number of subscriber should be in full format – 998 93 (94) XXXXXXX).
  4. You can find out your daily free seconds and SMS balance by dialing *855*0# and call.
  5. In case of forwarding call to another number, which is in the same group, the minute of outgoing call will be charged according to price of outgoing call within network, regardless the residue amount of daily limit provided for calls within group.
  6. You can exit the current corporate group in following  cases:
    • Upon termination of Your Prepaid Subscriber Agreement you will be automatically excluded from corporate group;
    • Your number can be excluded from the group upon written request of Your Company, or in the case if your corporate group is to be closed. On these cases you will get SMS-notification prior to your excluding, and after 10 days you will be excluded and moved to "Easy to remember" tariff plan for free.

Starting from 30.01.2015 subscriptions and tariff changing to "Our People" tariff are unavailable.
