Additional info
  • Changing the tariff for the “Gigaman”  tariff line for legal entities is available from the 25th to the last day of the calendar month, by sending a written application to the Corporate Customers Services Unit.
  • Subscribers of tariffs Special 100, Special 300, Unlimited, Easy and Fact Plus with account category Corporate VIP, Businessman, Individual will be able to switch to the corporate tariff line “Gigaman” by typing USSD-command * 545 #.
  • In case of spending all the included traffic limit, internet is not charged and its speed is reduced to 32 kbit/s or 64 kbit/s according to your tariff;
  • To increase the speed after spending the Internet traffic limit, client can activate the "Turbo Button" service via USSD request *605# to and use internet at a price over the limit;
  • After consuming the included internet traffic limit, the subscriber can activate other internet packages only after the activation of the "Turbo Button" service;
  • On tariff line "Gigaman" not available Internet packages "Gigamaniya», «Smart Internet» Services and «Internet Block»
  • Provided minutes of calls and internet within the tariff are set to zero according to the calendar schedule;
  • In case of connection to the tariff plan during a month, payment is charged only for the number of days remained till the end of the month and the corresponding number of bonuses is assigned;
  • Subscription fee on the tariff plan is charged every 1st day of the calendar month;
  • If the client is in active status, but there are insufficient funds on the balance to charge the monthly subscription fee, the full cost of the subscription fee will be charged;
  • If the client is in the blocked status, the subscription fee is not charged. When the status is changed from blocked to active, the full cost of subscription fee is charged, and the limits are provided in full. The system checks the status for 15 days before a successful charge;
  • Calls to information and entertainment services and international destinations do not spend minutes/MB/SMS, provided within the limits of the terms of the tariff plan;
  • Allocated minutes, MB, SMS, provided within the limits of tariff conditions, are not available to subscribers in roaming, except cases of included internet traffic in roaming according to the tariff plan;
  • With this corporate tariff plan, it is possible to switch only to corporate tariff plans of  “Smart Business” tariff line, “Corporations choice”, “Fact Plus”, “Unlimited”;
  • The presented tariff plans of "COSCOM" LLC are designed for the conscientious use of communication services. Using the services of the Company, the clients make a commitment not to use the Company's tariff plans for commercial purposes to install gateways to the fixed communication network and IP telephony, which lead to disruption of the operation of the Company's equipment or communication devices;
  • Using the Company's services, subscribers commit:
- not to undertake use actions that could harm the LLC "COSCOM";
- not to abuse the right to use the Company's communication in other prohibited forms;
- to use the services of the Company within the framework of their main purpose.
  • In case of doubt or controversial situation regarding the conscientious use of communication services, “COSCOM” LLC reserves the right to terminate the Agreement or change the Customer's tariff plan.
  • Prices include VAT.
