The new tariff line "M2M" will be useful for metering devices, GPS-navigators, bank terminals and other telemetric devices.
"M2M" tariff line provides the volume of included traffic and minutes for CSD* connections specially designed for monitoring systems.
For usage convenience of telemetry devices, packet data transmission - GPRS and special data channel – CSD* are available on the tariff.
CSD* calls and other services in roaming are not available on this tariff.

• Minutes for CSD calls, SMS and internet within the tariff plans are set to zero according to the calendar schedule;
• In case of connection to tariff plans "M2M Commercial", "M2M Corporate", "Terminal", "Tracker" within a month, payment is made only for the number of days left in the month and the corresponding number of limits is assigned;
• Subscription fee for "Terminal", "Tracker" and “M2M Humo” tariff plans is charged every 1st date of a calendar month;
• Subscription fee on the "Counter" tariff plan is charged each year on January 1;
• Connection to "M2M Counter" tariff plan (Commercial/Corporate) is available to certain categories of clients. Detailed terms can be found in the Corporate customer service and sales office.
• In case of connection to the tariff plan "Counter" during the year, payment is made only for the number of days left in the current year, and the limits are provided scaled for the current month of connection;
• In case of active client status, but if there is less money on the balance than the monthly tariff fee of the tariff plan, the full cost of the tariff fee according to the tariff plan is charged and the limits are set in full, while the balance will go to minus and the number will be blocked.
• When the client is in blocked status, the tariff fee is not charged. When the status changes from blocked to active one, the full price of the tariff is charged the next day and the limits are provided in full.
• Limits are available for use only in active status.
• The limits provided within the tariff plan are not provided for use in mobile phones. Limits are designed specifically for monitoring systems. At this tariff, voice communication is not available.
• You can swap to M2M Humo tariff plan from M2M Corporate, Counter, Terminal, Tracker, Save number tariff plans and vice versa at zero cost.
• Calls to information and entertainment services and international destinations do not spend minutes / MB / SMS, provided within the limits of the tariff plan;
• The minutes allocated for CSD, MB, SMS, provided as a limits according to the terms of the tariff, are not available for subscribers in roaming;
• Every 1st day of the calendar month from 00:00 to 07:00, the tariffication of CSD calls in Uzbekistan, internet traffic and SMS in Uzbekistan is 0 soum. If the service package is assigned in the period from 00:00 to 07:00, tariffication and traffic charge will be performed according to the terms of the tariff plan;
• “Number Freeze” service is available on these tariff plans;
• Change of tariff is available according to the following conditions:
• Сhange from “M2M Humo” tariff plan to “M2M Corporate”, “Counter”, “Tracker” and “Terminal” tariff plans is available
• Change from “M2M Corporate” tariff plan to “M2M Humo”, “Counter”, “Tracker” and “Terminal” tariff plans is available
• Change from “Counter” tariff plan to “M2M Humo”, “M2M Corporate”, “Tracker” and “Terminal” tariff plans is available
• Change from “Terminal” tariff plan to “M2M Corporate”, “Counter”, “Tracker” and “M2M Humo” tariff plans is available
• Change from “Tracker” tariff plan to “M2M Corporate”, “Counter”, “M2M Humo” and “Terminal tariff plans is available
• * When terminating a subscriber number within a year, the debited subscription fee for the "M2M Counter TP" is not refundable.
• * If you wish to terminate the subscriber number, the client must contact the Company in writing 10 days before the deadline for calculating the subscription fee for the next period.
Using the services of the Company, the Subscriber shall:
- not to apply actions that could harm the LLC "Coscom";
- do not abuse the right to other forms of;
- use the services of the Company within its primary purpose.
In case of doubt or dispute regarding fair use of communication services, LLC "Coscom" reserves the right to cancel the contract or change the tariff plan of the Client.
Prices are inclusive of taxes.
The amount of bank transfer is considered loaded when charged to the primary balance of the Client. The money is charged to the primary balance of the Customer from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
Maximum period of blocking the number is equal to 90 days.
