List of criteria and requirements, necessary for opening Dealer point.
|Requirements for the offices servicing of Ucell subscribers|
|1||Office location must be comfortable for pedestrian and possibility of parking cars.|
|2||Office space for servicing Ucell subscribers must be separated from other premises and its space must be at least 3 m2.|
|3||Office space must be qualitatively repaired, good lighted and clean.|
|4||Availability of advetisement materials that meet all the requirements of the company (colour, font, size, design, etc.), in accordance with the Guidelines for Ucell Dealer points registration.|
|5||Availability of quality furniture: tables, chairs, shelves, wardrobes and safe.|
|6||Availability of necessary equipment: Computer with access to the Internet (e-mail), printer, photocopier.|
|7||Availability of air conditioner, water dispenser and terminal for plastic cards.|
|8||Sale and repairing of cell phones and accessories in the office is acceptable.|
|9||Availability of Ucell contact telephone number.|
|List of documents which are required for conclusion of dealer contract with Ucell|
|For legal entity (copies of documents)|
|1||Certificate of state registration of the business entity;|
|2||A copy of the lease agreement or a document confirming the ownership of the property;|
|3||Copy of the passport of the head or operator;|
|4||Copy of the order on the appointment of the director, on the hiring of the operator.|
|5||A corporate charter.|

According to the Company judgment the decision on conclusion of dealership contract or refusal is made within 30 working days after receiving of submission letter. The exclusive right to make a decision on conclusion of dealership contract and opening of dealer point remains for the Company.
