On Friday evening, January 15, the annual ceremony of awarding the best projects in the field of the Central Asia Employer Brand Award - EMBRAS 2020 was held at the Hyatt Regency Tashkent hotel. COSCOM LLC (Ucell trademark) took leading positions in the nominations “Business Result” and “Employer Image”.
The Employer Brand Award is an objective rating of the best employers in the CIS, Europe and Central Asia. The summit has become a platform for effective exchange of views, where world-class experts from Europe and Asia share their experience and knowledge about best practices and cases in personnel management and development.
Ucell took the first place in the “Business Result” nomination and the third place in the “Employer Image” nomination.

the award was presented for the project "Ucell-Upgrade" - a motivational program for improving the business performance of the Call-center. "Ucell-Upgrade" allowed to achieve ambitious goals and improve the quality of information and reference services for subscribers. The project was highly appreciated by international HR experts and took the first place.

was received by the project "Ucell - Transformation", whose task was to maintain a positive image of the employer - a state company. Competitive wages, corporate culture, professional development and employee care are important principles of the Company.
