The tragedy of the Aral Sea proves that water resources require proper and competent distribution. In the strategy of actions for 2017-2021, the President paid special attention to the development of a network of irrigation facilities and the introduction of innovative methods in their activities. 

Obviously, communication plays an important role in the operation of irrigation facilities. Therefore, a team of specialists led by acting regional director of “Ucell-Nukus” Bayram Jumagulov, personally met with employees of the irrigation department. The complaint was received about the quality of communication and speed of connection to the global network.

Subscribers were informed that the communications quality would improve next year. Now the technical department is engaged in fixing problem areas and preparing projects. The conversation took place in a friendly atmosphere. As a logical conclusion, souvenirs from Ucell were presented to corporate client.
