The first training “Stress Management. Calm in the center of the hurricane” was held on January.
The training was attended by 13 employees who changed their attitude to stress and learned the methods of transforming negative energy into positive.
Small stresses are not avoidable and, paradoxically, even useful: they mobilize the employee and help him or her adapt to changing conditions. Destructive distresses arising from the lack of resources for an adequate response to negative external challenges cause a serious danger.
Poshshahon Alimbaeva, specialist of the section for fraud management:
— For me, as a specialist of the fraud department, this training turned out to be very useful and necessary. Now I know how to turn a stressful situations into a positive channel, which consequently will help solving the problem. We were examined the stress test, and also learned practical exercises that helps to get rid of negative energy. I recommend my colleagues to participate in this training.
