The purpose of the competition is to identify active and talented young people in the field of ICT, attract investment in startups and introduce the best project in Ucell's activities.
Prize pool:
First place - 300 million sums,
Second place - 200 million sums,
Third place - 100 million sums.
You can apply for one person or a team. The competition has no restrictions except age. Participants must be no younger than 18 and no older than 35 years.

“The competition will be held in several stages:
The first is to submit an application according to the conditions on the it-park.uz website. The second stage is a little training. Third - preparation of the project within two to three weeks and presentation of the project on November 9-10. After collecting and analyzing the information, a winner will be announced in two weeks. All copyright for the application is transferred to Ucell, and the winner receives a cash reward.”

“Hackathon is a competition where everyone can prove themselves and receive a monetary reward. It runs from September 10 to November 25. In total, Ucell Mobile Challenge 2019 has three areas:
• trading applications (cafes and restaurants, a system for sales representatives, a trading platform);
• useful applications for guests and residents of the country (tourism, taxi);
• FinTech applications (scoring system, credit platform, platform for monitoring and accounting of funds and financial management, neobank, payment via smartphone).”
Representatives of Ucell and Digital Generation made speeches at the presentation, and there also was organized a dance show of Zlotnikov with the team.
