“My cabinet” is more convenient now!

My cabinet” will help you to solve most of the problems independently without contacting Call Center.

Here you can:
  • see personal data;
  • get information about your balances and status;
  • get detalization;
  • activate/deactivate services, change tariff plan;
  • send an SMS to subscribers and appeals to the subscriber department of the Company.
We have also improved conditions and made usage of the Cabinet even more convenient!
Login to the Cabinet have become available with a permanent password. Now you can log in, even if the phone is not at hand and you cannot get a one-time password.

To do this, you need to perform the following steps:

1. Select the type of entry "By permanent password":

2. Next, select “Register a permanent password” option and you will be forwarded to the “Password registration” page:

You need to get a one-time password via the request *233# or click on the link and get the password via SMS.
Next, enter “Permanent password”, which you would like to use to enter “My cabinet”.
After entering all the necessary data, register a permanent password.
After successful registration, you will receive SMS to the specified number:
Dear subscriber, you have successfully set up a permanent password. Please remember it and do not disclose the password set to third parties for your own safety. The Company is not responsible for disclosing the password.

3. If you forget a permanent password, you can easily change it as follows:
  • On the main page, select the type of login "By permanent password"
  • Click “Forgotten your permanent password”?
  • Next in the “Change Password” window you go through the same process as when registering a “Permanent password”.

4. You can also set a permanent password in My Cabinet portal.
In the “Cabinet” section, go to “Settings”  tab “Permanent password”.
Enter the password, then re-enter it in the "Confirm password" space and click "Change".

Pay attention!
  • Three erroneous attempts to enter a password block the entrance to "My cabinet" for 30 minutes.
