From 10:00 PM, December 31, 2019 to 04:00 AM, January 01, 2020, the following services will not be available:
From 10:00 PM, December 31, 2019 to 04:00 AM, January 01, 2020, system notifications will not be available (SMS-notifications and others.).
From 10:00 PM, December 31, 2019 to 04:00 AM January 01, 2020, USSD requests for connection of additional services of the Company will not be available. If necessary, we recommend you to activate the additional services in advance.
Also during the holidays the following services will not be available:

Online support (Ucell customer support service within the “My cabinet” service) - on January 1, 2020 (from January 2, the service is available in regular mode);

“Without queue” service - on January 1, 2020 (from January 2, the service is available in regular mode).
From 11:00 PM, December 31, 2019 to 03:00 AM January 01, 2020 calls, SMS/MMS and internet services will be charged with a delay.
From 10:00 PM, December 31, 2019 to 04:00 AM January 01, 2020, the following requests will not be available for checking balances: *100# and *109#.
