To update the data, you must fill out an application:
Enter the full name of the subscriber's identity document.
Check compliance of the data in the system with the data on the subscriber's identity document.
Personal identification number of an individual (14 digits).
Telephone numbers, which are serviced by the Company and registered for the subscriber's data.
Attach an identity document showing the front side and a page with registration.
When filling out the application, the subscriber undertakes to indicate the correct series of identity document.
It is necessary to indicate all numbers issued for an identity document:
passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan with current registration;
passport of a foreign person;
officer's certificate, military ID + form number 33 (for persons serving under contract and military);
residence permit for foreigners with current registration;
residence permit or travel document for stateless persons with current registration;
certificate of a stateless person with current registration;
driver's license of a new type for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
