From 10:00 PM, December 31, 2020 to 04:00 AM, January 01, 2021, system notifications will not be available (SMS-notifications and others.).
From 10:00 PM, December 31, 2020 to 04:00 AM January 01, 2021, USSD requests for activation/deactivation of additional services of the Company will not be available. If necessary, we recommend you to activate/deactivate the additional services in advance.
Also during the holidays the following services will not be available:

Online support (Ucell customer support service within the "My cabinet" service) - on January 1, 2021 (from January 2, the service is available in regular mode);

"Without queue" service - on January 1, 2021 (from January 2, the service is available in regular mode).
From 11:00 PM, December 31, 2020 to 03:00 AM January 01, 2021 calls, SMS/MMS and internet services will be charged with a delay.
From 10:00 PM, December 31, 2020 to 04:00 AM January 01, 2021, the following requests will not be available for checking balances: *100# and *109#.
