Cashback is assigned in the amount of 5% of the payment amount for replenishing the balance of the Ucell subscriber number, automatically.
Cashback is displayed in points, in the ratio of 1 point = 1 UZS.
• The validity period of each accrued cashback (points) is 12 months. After 12 months from the date of assignment/receipt, the amount is canceled in full if the funds are not used during this period. In the event of cancellation due to the statute of limitations, the total cashback amount on the balance is reduced by an amount equal to the amount of the unused accrual.
• The limit for receiving/accruing cashback per month per subscriber number is 500 000 (five hundred thousand) points.
Cashback is displayed in the Ucell mobile application on the Main page as a promo balance next to the display of the main balance of the subscriber's personal account.
Cashback is awarded for top-ups of Ucell numbers made only in the Ucell mobile app after authorization/registration. Terms and conditions apply to:
a. Top up your Ucell number's balance;
b. top up the balance of another Ucell subscriber number;
c. Top up the balance of a number in “Management” assigned in the “My Numbers” section.
If you top up your balance in other payment systems or in an unauthorized zone, cashback funds will not be credited.
Cashback funds are virtual and cannot be withdrawn in cash in the event of termination of the contract, as well as when re-issuing it.
Cashback received as part of the Promotion is available for paying for Ucell services.

Cashback balances of numbers in management (the “My numbers” section in the Ucell mobile application) are only available for viewing and controlling the balance.
Each accrued cashback is valid for 12 months. After 12 months from the date of assignment/receipt, the amount is cancelled in full if the funds are not used within this period. If cancelled due to the statute of limitations, the total cashback balance is reduced by an amount equal to the unused accrual amount.
The monthly cashback accrual/receipt limit per subscriber number is 500 000 points.
By default, the system sets the option to automatically debit cashback from the promo balance when the payment time arrives/payment is initiated by the subscriber.
The subscriber has access to general methods of managing this option: in independent mode, the subscriber can at any time (without restrictions):
- enable auto-debit
- disable auto-debit
Management is available only in the Ucell mobile application.
In the Ucell mobile application, in the “Notifications” section on the Home screen, the following notifications are displayed for any movement on the cashback balance:
- about cashback accrual;
- about cashback write-off;
- about cashback accrual error;
- about cancellation of cashback accrual;
- about the inclusion of a ban on automatic withdrawal of cashback by the subscriber;
- about disabling the ban (setting permission) on automatic withdrawal of cashback by the subscriber;
- about the exhaustion of the cashback accrual limit;
- about transferring cashback to another subscriber.
Autopayment with cashback only works for the Autopayment type “Write-off according to tariff” for the full amount of the subscription payment.
If, at the time of debiting via Autopayment, there are enough points on the cashback balance to debit the full cost of the subscription fee for the tariff plan, then the entire amount is debited from the cashback balance.
If there are insufficient funds in the cashback balance at the time of debiting the Autopayment, the remaining amount will be debited from the bank card set for debiting within the framework of this specific Autopayment.
Accumulated cashback can only be transferred to subscribers who are registered in the Ucell mobile application and are in an active status.
