The Single interactive state services portal (Single Portal) is a single point of access to online public services provided by state agencies, including a fee.

Aims and objectives of the Single portal
The Single portal is created to provide users’ access to online public services, including a fee.

The main objectives of the Single portal are:
  • enabling users to file appeals directly to government agencies;
  • Integration ofthe users with other projects in the field of information and communication technologies;
  • improving the efficiency of user interaction with public authorities;
  • reduction and elimination of bureaucratic obstacles and barriers for users when applying to public authorities;
  • assist in the further development of "e-government" and the introduction of modern information technologies to public administration.
The Single portal is designed to develop the conditions and to empower the user to obtain online public services by using modern information technology.
  • Non-tariff access to these resources is provided only if a browser of subscriber’s device  manufacturer is used.
  • Important! When using the "third party" mobile browsers (for example, Opera Mini), Ucell does not guarantee the non-tariff access;
  • Non-tariff access to these resources is available only to subscribers of Prepaid system;
  • Non-tariff access to these resources is not provided to subscribers abroad in international roaming.
  • Please note that most smartphones, connecting to the Internet, generate third-party traffic from installed applications (messengers, weather, news, etc.), also it can be possible involuntary synchronization with app store (GooglePlay, AppStore) and different accounts (Google, Facebook, Telegram, etc.) may occur. This traffic is not included in a free access and has to be paid by a subscriber separately in accordance to the Ucell-Internet price in tariff or by purchased Internet package.
