  • Activation, managing and use of internet packages in roaming are available only in active status and with active Camel Full roaming service for all Ucell subscribers;
  • Prepaid subscribers and Corporate VIP and Individual category clients: if the Camel Full Roaming service is not activated, it is necessary to dial the USSD request * 155 # to activate the roaming service;
  • Activation of Internet packages in roaming is available both on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad in the networks of operators of roaming partners (see. Coverage area);
  • Activation and deactivation of internet packages in roaming is available through the following service channels:
    • Ucell offices;
    • Call center: 8123 or 8111;
    • Personal cabinet;
    • My Ucell Telegram-bot;
    • USSD *919#
    • My Ucell application
  • Please note that internet packages in roaming will be available only in the following networks, the service will not work in networks of other operators;
  • Prepaid subscribers and Corporate VIP and Individual category clients should to dial USSD request *789# to activate International SMS packages;
  • Customers of all other categories of Postpaid system to activate packages must contact the corporate customer service department in writing;
  • Internet packages in roaming are assigned for 30 days from the moment of connection without auto renewal;
  • After 30 days from the date of activation of internet packages in roaming, the rest of the traffic is zeroed and the package is disabled;
  • Activation of internet packages in roaming is carried out only at the moment the subscriber receives an SMS message about activation of the service. If you have not received an SMS, then to check the status of the service, we recommend using the USSD request *919#. If the service is not activated, the tariffication for the internet will be carried out according to the zone tariffication in roaming. In these cases, the Company does not recalculate for the services rendered;
  • For the correct operation of internet packages in roaming, if at the time of activation Internet session is active, you must interrupt the session, connect via USSD request *919# call and then resume the session;
  • If the subscriber independently disconnects the connected package, all unused traffic is set to zero and the package is disconnected. Further tariffication for the Internet in roaming is carried out according to the zonal tariffication in roaming;
  • If, at the time of activation of any internet package in roaming, the funds on the balance of the subscriber number are not enough, the package will not be assigned, in this case, charging for the internet in roaming will be carried out according to the zonal tariffing in roaming;
  • When reconnecting internet packages in roaming, if the valid internet package has not expired, the remainder of the unused traffic is set to zero and the service is disabled, after which a new package is provided;
  • At the end of the included traffic, the tariffication for the Internet in roaming is carried out according to the zonal tariffication in roaming;
  • Quota of charged information in the presence of MB within internet packages in roaming on the internet balance for all subscribers is 1 KB;
  • Service available is only within 2G and 3G networks.
