Important to know!

  • Activation and service management is available for Ucell subscribers in active status with active Camel Full roaming service;
  • Activation of the service is available both on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad in the networks of roaming partner (see the coverage);
  • Please note that the service will be available only in the following networks, the service will not work in the networks of other operators;
  • Prepaid subscribers and Corporate VIP, Individual and Businessman category customers, if the Camel Full Roaming service is not activated, must dial *155# USSD request to activate the roaming service;
  • Corporate clients must provide a written appeal to the Company to assign a service;
  • In order to assign the service to individuals with categoriesCorporate VIP, Individual and Businessman it is necessary to send a request *959#, or to contact the Company's office and fill in the corresponding request for activation of the service;
  • After sending a request to activate the service, you must wait for the incoming SMS message confirming the successful appointment of the service. If you have not received an SMS message, we recommend using the USSD request *959# to check the activity of the service. If the service is not assigned, Internet charging will be carried out according to the zone tariffing in roaming. In these cases, the Company does not recalculate for the services provided;
  • For the correct operation of the service, if the Internet session is active at the time of activation, you should stop the session, dial USSD request *959# and then resume the session;
  • The fee for activating the service is 15,000 (fifteen thousand) soums, charged one-time for one period of the service. The service is valid for 72 hours (3 days) from the moment of activation;
  • In the case when the balance is positive, but there is not enough money to charge the activation cost, the amount for activation is not charged and internet service in roaming is not provided, in this case, charging for internet in roaming will be according to the zone tariffing in roaming;
  • At the end of the validity period of the service, charging for the Internet in roaming is carried out according to the zone charging in roaming;
  • The quota of charged information when using the internet service in roaming is 16 KB.
  • Service available only on 2G and 3G networks.
