Voicemail for everyone

This service provides an opportunity to leave a voice message to the called subscriber in the following cases:

  if the called subscriber does not answer;

  if the called subscriber's phone is turned off;

  if the called subscriber's phone is outside the network coverage area;

  if the called subscriber's phone is busy;

  if the called subscriber has rejected the call.

The subscriber will be notified of the receipt of a voicemail message using a free SMS.
You can listen to the message on the voice mail by calling the short number 6757.


Service cost

  • Subscription fee - 0 UZS.
  • The cost of listening to an incoming voice message at 6757 is 0 UZS.
  • The cost of recording a personal greeting is 0 UZS.
  • Activation / deactivation of the “Voice mail for everyone” service - 0 UZS.
  • The cost of recording one voice message (no more than 60 seconds) is 240 UZS including VAT and is debited from the account of the subscriber leaving the voice message.
  • The cost of an outgoing call for the calling subscriber after the sound signal of the answering machine is charged according to the cost of the tariff for outgoing calls, or is spent from the subscriber's package of minutes.
Service management

  • The subscriber has the opportunity to independently activate and deactivate this service.
  • To activate the service, you need to send a USSD request to the number *977*5 *1#.
  • To deactivate the service, you must send a USSD request to the number *977*5*2#.
  • To check the status of the service, you need to send a USSD request to the number *977*5*3#
Service availability

  • The service is automatically connected to all existing subscribers connected to tariff plans for individuals who have not activated the services "You have been called", "Voice mail", "Dynamic voice mail".
  • The service is added to the initial set of services when a new number is connected.
  • Subscribers connected to tariff plans for legal entities are not able to receive messages to voice mail.
  • Subscribers connected to tariff plans for legal entities can leave a message to voice mail to subscribers with the “Voice mail for all” service activated. The message is charged according to the established tariff plan.
  • Important! When the “Voice Mail for All” service is activated, the subscriber automatically (if activated) disables the “You've received a call” service. Likewise, when the “You've been called” service is activated, the “Voice mail for all” service is automatically disabled for the subscriber.
  • Subscribers who have activated the "You have been called" service can leave a voice mail message to subscribers with the activated "Voice mail for all" service. The message is charged according to the tariff set for this service.
  • When switching to any of the tariff plans of the “Sof” line, the “Voicemail for everyone” service is not available in the period from 01.01.2023 to 30.06.2023.
Notes

  • The maximum duration of one voice message is 60 seconds.
  • The maximum number of stored voice messages is 10. When 11 or more messages are received, they will be deleted starting from the 1st.
  • The maximum storage time for all messages is 72 hours.
  • Recording and tariffication of the voice message starts after the sound signal of the answering machine.
  • Tariffication will be carried out by sending an invisible SMS from the number 6758.
  • The priority of the custom call forwarding set up by the subscriber is higher than the Voicemail for All service.
  • This basic service is automatically activated for all new and existing Ucell subscribers.
  • The service is not available for activation to legal entities.
  • The service is provided by “Telecom Lab” LLC.
  • The service is available only within the COSCOM LLC network.
  • Prices are inclusive of taxes.
