How to connect?

How to connect?

Step 1. Install the iTV mobile application, launch the application and register/log in.

Step 2. Go to the Mobile TV section and confirm a subscriber number. A one-time password will be sent to subscriber’s number in the form of SMS with the alpha name iTV, which must be entered in the application.

Step 3. Connect the required type of subscription. After receiving an SMS notification about successful connection of the subscription, go to the appropriate section within the subscription.

Done! Now you can watch video content and/or online TV without worrying about internet traffic.

Important! To avoid wasting Internet traffic, after connecting the service, you must end the Internet session by disabling mobile data, then re-enable the Internet session.

Terms:
• To use “Mobile TV from iTV” service, you must activate “Mobile internet” service, if it was previously disabled.
• Service activation is possible with sufficient balance to charge the cost of the service.
• The subscription is valid 1/3/10/30 days from the date of activation depending on the type of subscription.
• The service is available only in active status for Prepaid subscribers.
• Traffic is not charged only within the iTV application and only via Ucell mobile network.
• Active subscription does not apply to the web version of the itv.uz portal.
• After the expiration of the subscription period, the service is disabled and to continue using the service, the service must be reconnected.
• Prices include VAT;
• Service packages cannot be activated if the subscriber has one of the following services active: "Night Internet", "Try 4G", "Traffic +", "Tas-IX packages", "Hourly internet", "Try 4G at night", "Unlimited internet packages", "Monthly 4G internet packages", "Night internet packages", "Internet Mega BOOM", "For kids", "Maximum Access" and vice versa;
• ВIn order to avoid spending internet traffic after connecting the service, you must end the internet session by disabling mobile data, then turn on internet session again.
• If the subscriber device is configured for automatic network mode: 2G/3G/4G or only for 4G network mode, before activating additional services, it is necessary to switch the subscriber device to one of the network modes: 2G/3G/2G only or 3G only. After successful activation of the additional service, the network mode on the subscriber device can be changed according to your preference.
• The service is not available for activation on Drive, Special Unlim, Fabulous internet tariff plans and on COSMO tariff line.
• In case of purchasing one type of "Online TV" subscription, other types of subscriptions of this type are not available until the expiration of the purchased subscription.
• If you purchase one type of "Foreign Video Club" subscription, other types of subscriptions of this type are not available until the purchased subscription expires.
• In case of purchasing one type of subscription "Uzbek Video Club", other types of subscriptions of this type are not available until the expiration of the purchased subscription.
•In case of purchasing one type of subscription “Mix: TV + Foreign Video Club”, other types of subscriptions of this type and types “Online TV”, “Foreign Video Club” are not available until the expiration of the purchased subscription.

Notes:
• The application may consume a small amount of traffic to download covers and other services of the iTV application. At the same time, all traffic for watching video content and online TV will be free and will not consume internet package traffic.
• Access speed to iTV resources is limited up to 5 Mbps, which is sufficient for uninterrupted watching of HD video content.
• The subscription will be considered activated until it is disabled.
• “Online TV” subscription provides the user access to the selected and paid content: foreign and Uzbek TV channels in IPTV section without payment for mobile traffic.
• “Uzbek video club” subscription provides the user access to selected and paid content, such as a large collection of classics of Uzbek cinema, as well as new films and cartoons in Uzbek language in the cinema section without paying for mobile traffic.
• Subscription "Foreign video club" - provides the user access to selected and paid content, such as foreign films, TV series, cartoons in HD quality in the "Video club" section without paying for mobile traffic.
• Subscription "Mix: TV + Foreign Video Club" provides the user access to selected and paid content, such as foreign and Uzbek TV channels, as well as access to foreign novelties of films, serials and cartoons in the best quality in the sections "IPTV", "Video Club" without mobile traffic charges.
