Only in the period June 12 - August 31, 2019, Ucell launches the campaign for subscribers of Good mood, Cool mood, Excellent mood and all Active tariffs and provides a 25% discount on the monthly tariff fee for six months!
Paying a monthly fee for the tariff plan for 6 (six) months in advance with 25% discount, subscribers of Good mood, Cool mood, Excellent mood and Active tariffs receive monthly limits on the tariff plan without subsequent payments.
The terms that entered into force on December 19, 19, on Mood tariff line do not apply to the limits provided for Super discount campaign.

The validity period of the campaign is from June 12 to August 31, 2019.
The campaign is available only for subscribers of Good mood, Cool mood, Excellent mood and Active tariff plans.
The campaign is available only via a special USSD request *180#. To participate in the campaign, the subscriber should dial USSD request *180#.
Connection to the campaign is possible only with sufficient balance for activation. The minimum subscriber balance at the time of connection to the campaign should be: the price of campaign activation the on the subscriber’s tariff plan + 1 000 soums.
The price of campaign activation for subscribers of the tariff plans:
If the campaign is successfully activated, the sum of the six-month monthly tariff fee on the tariff plan with a 25% discount is charged once from the subscriber’s balance (according to the table in the clause 5).
After the successful activation of Super discount! campaign, the tariff fee from the subscriber’s balance is not charged for 6 months, while monthly limits is assigned in full every month within the monthly tariff fee of the subscriber. Starting from the 7th (seventh) month after the activation of the campaign, the monthly/daily tariff fee will be charged according to the terms of the tariff plan from the subscriber’s balance after the campaign expiration.
When the Super discount! campaign is activated, the subscriber’s monthly period is updated taking into account the date of its activation, i.e. the period of validity of the limits and the date of the monthly tariff fee charging is set at 1 (one) month from the date of connection to this campaign. For example, if a subscriber connects to the campaign on the 24th day, then the subscriber’s monthly period is calculated from the 24th to the 23rd day of the next month. The new monthly period will begin on the 24th. The balance of unused limits on the tariff plan becomes unavailable in the new period.
When connecting to Super discount! campaign, the balance of the subscriber’s current tariff plan will be summed up with the monthly limits set on the day of connection to the campaign, while the validity period of the previous limits will not be extended. It is important to know that when checking limits within a tariff plan using USSD-requests *102#, *103#, it is the validity date of the limits assigned within the subscriber's tariff plan for Super discount! Campaign that is displayed.
In case the participants of the campaign activate Number freeze service, or change the tariff plan to another one, the conditions of the campaign become invalid (limits are set to zero and the amount spent is non-refundable) even in case of return to the tariff, where campaign has been activated.
Activation of Super discount! campaign cancels the terms of Restart service. After the end of the six-month campaign period subscribers should independently reactivate Restart service, if necessary.
In case of termination of the subscriber number and termination of the Agreement for the provision of cellular radio telephone communication services in the network of COSCOM LLC (TM Ucell) for any reason, the cost of activation of Super discount! campaign is not refundable, this also applies to unused limits within subscriber’s tariff plan.
Super discount! campaign can be activated only once.
The campaign is not available for subscribers of Cool mood, Excellent mood, Active 45, Active 70 and Active 100 tariff plans within Smart purchase and Wish number 2.0 campaigns.
Restart service is not available for the participants of Super Discount campaign.
If a subscriber changes a tariff plan before the end of "Super discount!" campaign, then "Restart" service can be activated when contacting Company Call center or an operator in the Company offices.
