“We are together!” service
In order to support subscribers in Syrdarya region from 05/05 until 05/10/2020, Ucell provides “We are together!” service for free.
The service can be activated by the subscribers in Syrdarya region who are using Prepaid tariff plan. The service can be activated from May 4, until May 10 2020.
The service can be activated only once with any positive balance.
Checking the status of the service and / or the balance of the limits within of “We are together!” service is available via *464# USSD request.
When the service is activated, if there is unused MB (for all directions), minutes or SMS within the tariff, service or package on a subscriber’s number, the limits will be consumed primarily within the this service with the exception of New Positive, Easy week – MB limits within these tariff plans will be spent after the limits within the tariffs; on Tourist, Easy week, Thankfully, Special (“Minutes” and “Megabytes” options), Special Mini, Special Mix, Special Super, Special X, Special Mix BN, Special Super BN, Special X BN and “Convenient within Uzbekistan” service - the minutes limits for calls within the network within this service will be spent after limits within the tariff plans or “Convenient within Uzbekistan” service.
Minutes on Student tariff within this service will be spent on calls within “Student” tariff.
On Drive and Special Unlim tariffs MB limits within this service will be unavailable.
For the correct service, if the session is active at the time of the service activation, it is necessary to interrupt it and reconnect.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within this service, we recommend you preliminarily check assignation of limits using USSD request *464#. Before accrual of limits, minutes, SMS and MB are charged according to the terms of a subscriber’s tariff plan or services.
Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not consume the minutes provided within this service.
Limits provided within this service are not available for subscribers in roaming.
Please note that when checking limits, the remainder of the limits can be displayed in summarized form, but the validity period of the limits within “We are together!” service is not extended, while the validity period of the limits when displaying the balance will be equal to the end date of the last connected service or tariff with the longest duration.
Minutes and SMS limits within the service is zeroed when activating "Restart" service.
