«Desired Number» service – an opportunity to select cool, attractive number, just by staying in touch!

New subscribers can obtain an attractive number and select any suitable tariff plan within «Sof» line!

The service includes following number categories: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP.

Validity period for campaign is constrained by the circulating volume of available attractive numbers.

Additional Info

  1. Service is available for «Sof» tariff plans subscribers in Prepaid system.
  2. Terms of services apply to new subscriptions only.
  3. New subscriptions within ‘Desired Number’ campaign are carried out at Ucell service offices and dealer points.
  4. One ‘Unit’ is allocated for each successfully paid tariff fee charge within the campaign
  5. «Desired Number» campaign subscribers can check the number of successfully paid tariff fees by addressing the company’s service office representative or call center operator.
  6. The service includes following number categories: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP.
  7. If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee there is no sufficient funds on the balance, the subscriber’s number receives ‘blocked’ status and stays there for 60 days. If, after 60 days from the moment of blocking, the subscriber number does not regains ‘active’ status, the agreement on the provision of cellular radiotelephone communication services in the network of COSCOM LLC with the subscriber is terminated unilaterally.
  8. "Re-execution of the Contract" service is not available within “Desired Number” campaign.

 
Tariff Plan Change

At the moment of tariff plan change, the amount of funds on the subscriber's balance must be equal to (or more than) the cost of the subscription fee according to the tariff plan + 3000 soums

«Desired Number» campaign subscribers can change attached tariff plan to another available plan within the framework of the campaign using the USSD code (*120#).

The fee for changing selected tariff plan to other plans within “Desired Number” campaign for subscribers who do not fulfill the conditions and terms:

Important! Number of successful tariff fee charges (deductions) within the campaign depends only on category of number.

To change selected tariff plan to available plan within «Desired Number» campaign via USSD code (*120#), the subscribers must fulfill the conditions and terms under which tariff plan fee should be successfully charged and debited specified number of times indicated in the table:
