∙ When placing an order, the subscriber agrees to indicate the correct series of identity document. In case of discrepancy between the data and the original document, services are not provided.

∙ SIM card delivery time can be up to 3 calendar days. If necessary, the subscriber will be contacted again and informed about the delivery time.

∙ When issuing a SIM card with the selected number, the subscriber must be presented with the original document whose personal data was used to order the number.

∙ The number is activated until the end of the working day after delivery of the SIM card.

∙ This service is valid only for subscribers of the Tashkent region.

∙ When applying for a replacement SIM card, the subscriber must be presented with the original document, whose personal data was used to order the number.

In order to become a Ucell subscriber, the subscriber must personally provide the operator with the original of one of the following documents with a valid validity period, with a permanent or temporary registration mark:

• passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan with current residence permit;
• passport of an alien;
• officer’s ID, military ID + form No. 33 (for contract servicemen and military personnel);
• * accreditation card (for employees of diplomatic missions and missions);
• residence permit for foreigners with a current residence permit;
• residence permit or travel document for stateless persons with current residence permit;
• stateless person certificate with current registration;
• A new driver’s license for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• ID - card of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
