"Temporary Blocking" service

"Temporary Blocking"service

Free "Temporary Blocking"service allow to block your number for 5 days.

Now, if your phone is lost or stolen, you can immediately contact with Ucell Call Center (8123, +998 93 180 00 00) and use for free "Temporary Blocking" service, which allow to block your number for 5 days.

When contact with the operator of Call Center, you need to pronounce your number (which was lost), initials, date of birth, passport details and address of registration.


Important to know
  •  Remotely lock the subscriber number for 5 days is possible only via operators of Call Center;
  •  Unlock number during 5 days you can via operators of Company’s own offices;
  •  Each Prepaid subscriber can use "Temporary Blocking" service only once in 30 days (i.e., if you’ve blocked number for 5 days, unlock it on the 2nd day, so next time you will be able to use the service after 28 days);
  •  At the period of temporary blocking, your tariff plan, activated services and assigned bonuses that you have before blocking will be saved (expiration date of bonuses and activated services is not extended);
Usage

Upon successful identification, your number will be temporarily blocked for 5 days (during this period daily fee for the tariff and previously activated services will not be charged).

Within 5 days you should come to the nearest Company’s own office with the original passport, to replace the lost SIM-card. Operator of own office will unlock your number and help to replace the SIM-card.

  •  If you incorrectly said data on at least one of the above items (number, initials, date of birth, passport details, address of registration) for the successful identification via Call-center or call new passport details, and the Company's database is still stored the old data (for example, due to the fact that you have changed the passport, but have not notified the Company in due time), you need to come to one of the Company's own offices with the original passport.

If, within 5 days, you have not addressed in any Company’s own office to replace the SIM-card, then on the 6th day your number will be automatically transferred to active status, after that the daily fee for tariff and earlier activated services is charged daily until your balance has the means. When the funds run out, the number goes into a blocked status and then begin the standard process of blocking phone number.
