"Without queue" service

"Without queue" service

To use "Without queue" service you need to send USSD request to . You will get reply with confirmation and after that Call Center specialist will call you back during the working day and you can get information on news, campaigns, services and innovations of the Company. Also you may ask a question on your mobile number, activated services and have recommendations on tariff plan.

Cost of one confirmed USSD request – 1000 sum
Service is available from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday – Sunday

Pay attention!

When your request will be accepted, it is necessary to wait call from specialist of call-centre from +998931800000 number. If you don’t answer the specialist’s call, or incoming calls are prohibited, or the phone is outside of the coverage area, then your number is dialed 3 times within 30 minutes during the working day, in cases when the request has arrived after 17:30, dial-up attempts will be made within the last minutes before the end of the working day.

  • It is possible to send only one USSD-request during 20 minutes. Cost will be written off for each confirmed (sent) USSD-request.

If you don’t receive a response within the time specified in the terms of the service, your request within the "Without queue" service will be closed and the charged funds will not be refunded.

Subscriber information about assigned services, charges and performed events (calls, SMS, GPRS sessions and so on) will be submitted only after full identification of subscriber. Otherwise above mentioned information shall not be submitted. Also information shall be given only to that number from which the request is taken.

Within “We appreciate you!” loyalty program “Without queue” service is available to subscribers with the statuses:

  • “Honorable”, being in the Ucell network for 6 years and more, with 50% discount;
  • “Respectable”, being in Ucell network for 3 years and more with full price discount up to 3 times per month.
