When your request will be accepted, it is necessary to wait call from specialist of call-centre from +998931800000 number. If you don’t answer the specialist’s call, or incoming calls are prohibited, or the phone is outside of the coverage area, then your number is dialed 3 times within 30 minutes during the working day, in cases when the request has arrived after 17:30, dial-up attempts will be made within the last minutes before the end of the working day.
If you don’t receive a response within the time specified in the terms of the service, your request within the "Without queue" service will be closed and the charged funds will not be refunded.
Subscriber information about assigned services, charges and performed events (calls, SMS, GPRS sessions and so on) will be submitted only after full identification of subscriber. Otherwise above mentioned information shall not be submitted. Also information shall be given only to that number from which the request is taken.
