  • The tariff plan is available only for a new connection.
  • The validity period of the campaign is from July 18, 2017 to July 18, 2018.
  • On the tariff plan "Happy 25" the subscriber number automatically goes to the blocked status when his/her balance is 0 sum, where he/she can stay for a period of 60 days maximum. If, after 60 days from the moment of blocking, the subscriber number has not been transferred to the "Active" status, the agreement on the provision of cellular radiotelephone communication services in the network of COSCOM LLC with the subscriber is terminated unilaterally. In the first ten days after blocking, free incoming calls and SMS are available for subscriber.
  • The “Number freeze” service is not available for the subscribers connected within the frame of campaign to “Happy 25” tariff plan.
  • Incoming calls in the territory of Republic of Uzbekistan do not charge, beside incoming calls from payable services.
  • Subscription fee charges in the active status, regardless of funds remaining on the balance.
  • Daily minutes, SMS and internet limits are assigned only after the daily fee is charged by the tariff for the current day.
  • On the tariff plan "Happy 25" unused minutes, SMS and MB accumulate until the end of the month.
  • On the tariff plan "Happy 25" the accumulated limits are reset on the 1st day of every month.
  • On specified tariff plans next services are not available: “0 within network”, “VIP”, “Convenient” services packs.
  • Calls to content services and international destinations do not spend the allocated limits on tariff conditions.
  • You can use the limits provided by the tariff plan only in active status. If you move from active status to a blocked with limits, then you can continue to use limits until the end of the session or the completion of limits within the tariff plan.
  • We recommend subscribers who use internet services to get acquainted with additional information about funds reservation system and 4G network features.
When switching to "Simple" tariff plan previously assigned Internet traffic on this tariff will be spent for TAS-IX destinations. Summarized traffic will be available until the end of the day, when tariff plan is changed. Starting from the next day, the previous traffic will be set to zero, and the new one will be provided on a daily basis under the terms of the new selected tariff plan. Before Internet traffic usage, please check the assigned bonuses via USSD *102#.
