    Unlimited calls provide for 1 subscriber only and don’t apply to group calls in case of using “Conference call” service.

    Please note that the bonus limits provided for Facebook social network, Telegram, WhatsApp and Tas-IX within the terms of the tariff plan are not spent in the case of connecting via VPN/ “third-party” sites/ "third-party" mobile browsers (for example, Opera Mini, Chrome, etc.).

    Attention!
    Holders of messengers and social networks use a specific range of IP addresses and protocols to provide their services. Ucell provides amount of traffic specially for these (registered) ranges. Ucell is not responsible for changing of ranges of IP addresses and protocols by their holders, in this cases traffic charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.
    When connecting to social networks and messengers via proxy servers, VPN or third party websites traffic charges according to Ucell-Internet price by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.

    Note
    Smartphones spend mobile traffic in the background by default for: system and application updates; synchronization data with widgets (weather, calendar and other) and social networks, also for counter analysts (Google, google-analytics.com , googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net). Internet traffic for this directions charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.

  • For “Special Unlim” tariff plan

    1. The validity of the limits within the tariff plan: Minutes and SMS – 32 days. Moreover, the limits for the previous monthly period will be valid according to their validity period.
    2. In the first days of the new monthly period, when the monthly subscription fee for the current period is debited, SMS limits can be summed up with the limits of the previous period, while the validity period of the limits of the previous period is not extended.
    3. The subscription fee is charged and the limits are set within the framework of the tariff plan in first day every month from 00:00 to 08:00 (charging time is not fixed). If the subscriber is in the blocked status at the time of cancellation, the subscription fee is not debited and no limits are set. The subscription fee will be charged when the subscriber switches from the blocked status to the active status.
    4. If at the time of writing off the subscription fee, less than the cost of the subscription fee is left on the subscriber’s balance, in this case the subscription fee is debited once in full, while the subscriber’s balance becomes negative and the limits stipulated by the tariff are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition of the subscriber number to the active status.
    5. If at the time of charging the subscription fee, the subscriber number is in a blocked status, the subscription fee is not debited and no limits are assigned. In this case, when the subscriber number switches to active status, the subscription fee is charged instantly.
    6. After charging the subscription fee, limits will be set according to the tariff plan. Charging subscription fee does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the subscription fee according to the tariff plan; the validity period of the limits is also not shifted.
    7. In order to avoid misunderstandings before using the limits in the framework of the tariff plan, we recommend to check preliminarily the assigning of limits by the tariff using the USSD request *102# and *868#. Prior to assigning the minutes, SMS and MB limits, tariffing is carried out according to the tariffs indicated above the limit.
    8. Limits assigned within monthly and daily subscription fee are available to subscribers until the end of the month in which they are assigned. The above limits are available to subscribers in active status only. If at the time of the transition, the subscriber’s balance does not have enough funds to charge a monthly subscription fee, then in this case the subscription fee is debited once in full (scaled), while the subscriber’s balance becomes negative and the limits stipulated by the tariff are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition of the subscriber number to the active status.
    9. The loyalty program “We appreciate you!” is available for subscribers of Special Unlim tariff plan.
    Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not spend the minutes provided within the limits of the tariff plan.
    10. The limits provided within the tariff plan are not available for subscribers who are in roaming.
    11. Subscribers of the new Special Unlim tariff plan have access to the following services: “You’ve got a call”, “Number freeze”, “SMS packages”, “International SMS packages”, “The whole world” and “SMS for me”.
    12. Subscribers of the new Special Unlim tariff plan do not have access to the following services: “Night internet packages”, “Internet Mega Boom”, “Night internet packages”, “Vip”, “Convenient within network” and “Convenient within Uzbekistan”.
    13. The remaining minutes (within Uzbekistan) and internet within the tariff plan, when switching to the new Special Unlim tariff plan, become unavailable.
    14. When switching from Special Unlim tariff to other tariffs, provided unlimited internet traffic and calls within the network and within Uzbekistan become unavailable.
    15. Since 27.04.2020 Special Unlim tariff plan subscribers can swap to any open tariff plan, except Easy week tariff.
    16. In order to avoid internet traffic spending after connection to «Ucell Amediateka» service, it is necessary on tariff Special Unlim to deactivate internet session by turning off the mobile data, and then activate internet session again.
  • For “Special 35”, “Special 55”, “Special 80” and “Special 125” tariff plans

    1. Monthly subscription fee is charged on a monthly basis without binding to the 1st day of the calendar month. For example, if a subscriber connects to the tariff plan on the 24th day, the next monthly subscription fee will be charged on the 24th day of the next month. If the subscriber connects on the 31st day, then the next subscription fee will be charged on the 30th day, or on the 28/29th day of February, if there are 31 days in the next month, then the 31st day.
    2. Monthly tariff limits are set only after successful charging of the monthly subscription fee for the current period. Validity period of monthly/daily limits within the tariff plan is one month. One month includes the period from the date of connection/swapping to the tariff plan till the next period of monthly subscription fee charging. Monthly limits are available to subscribers only in active status.
    The remaining unused limits on the tariff plan become unavailable in the new period: if a subscriber connected/swapped to the tariff plan on the 24th day, then if subscription fee for the current period is successfully charged, the limits within the tariff plan will be available to a subscriber until the 23rd day of the next month. If the subscriber connects, for example, on the 31st day, then the limits will be available to a subscriber until the last day of the next month, for example, on the 29th or 27/28th on February, if the next month is 31 days, then the 30th.
    3. Monthly subscription fee is charged and monthly tariff limits are assigned from 00:00 to 08:00 (the time of charging is not fixed). The date of charging of monthly subscription fee is the date of connection or swapping to the tariff plan. To charge monthly subscription fee in full, a subscriber needs to have a sufficient amount of funds on the balance. If the subscriber is in blocked status, monthly tariff fee is not charged and limits are not assigned.
    4. If at the time of monthly tariff fee charging balance remains less than amount of monthly tariff fee, in this case subscription fee is charged once in full, with balance becoming negative and the monthly limits provided by the tariff are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition of the subscriber number to active status.
    5. If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee, the subscriber number is in blocked status, the monthly tariff fee is not charged and no limits are set. In this case, when the subscriber number switches to active status, the monthly tariff fee is charged:
    - On the next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charging time is not fixed), if the subscriber number has switched to active status BEFORE trying to charge the subscription fee by the Company system. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
    - The next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charging time is not fixed), if the subscriber’s number swaps to active status AFTER the Company’s system attempted to charge. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
    6. After the monthly tariff fee charged, limits will be assigned according to the subscriber's tariff plan. Charging of monthly tariff fee does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan, the validity period of the limits is also not shifted.
    7. In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within tariff plans, we recommend you to preliminarily check the assignation of limits for the tariff using the USSD request *102# and *103#. Prior to charging the limits, calls, SMS and MB are charged according to the tariffs price indicated above the limit.
    8. In order to avoid misunderstandings after the transition from the blocked status and provided that the monthly subscription fee has not been charged, we recommend you to activate Restart service using USSD *222#, thus, after successful activation of this service, the monthly subscription fee will be charged and limits will be set for within the tariff plan, and the monthly period and duration of the limits will be set for a month from the date of the last successful activation of Restart service. We remind you that limits within the tariff can only be used in active status.
    9. With a new connection/swapping, the monthly tariff fee and limits are charged/assigned completely (not scaled) in the presence of a positive balance.
    10. The loyalty program “We appreciate you!” is available for subscribers of the new Special tariff plans.
    Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not spend the minutes provided within the limits of tariff plans.
    11. Limits provided within tariff plans are not available for subscribers in roaming.
    12. The subscribers of the new Special tariff plans have access to the services “You’ve got a call”, “Night Internet”, “Convenient minutes”, “Number Freeze”, “Exchange limits”, as well as “2 GB” campaign.
    13. Subscribers of the new Special tariff line are not able to use “0 within the network”, VIP services and “Convenient within network”, “Convenient within Uzbekistan” service bundles.
    14. When swapping from new Special tariff plans to Mood tariff plans (except for the Super mood tariff plan), the rest of the minutes limit for calls within Uzbekistan becomes available for calls outside the network.
    15. Remained limit within Special tariff plans is set to zero upon the swapping to Easy week tariff plan.
    16. Subscribers of Special tariff plans (Option “Minutes” and “Megabytes”), Special Mini, Special Mix, Special Super, Special X and Best can also swap to new Special tariff plans.
    17. The rest of minutes limits within Uzbekistan under Special tariffs (Option “Minutes” and “Megabytes”), Special Mini, Special Mix, Special Super, Special X when switching to new Special tariff plans can be checked using USSD request *109#.
    18. The rest of the limit of night Internet traffic within the framework of Special tariff plan (Option “Megabytes”) when switching to new tariff plans Special becomes unavailable.
    19. The rest of the limit for calls outside the network within the framework of Special tariff plan (Option “Minutes”) when swapping to new tariff plans Special becomes available for calls within Uzbekistan.
    20. Since 27.04.2020 Special 35, Special 55, Special 80 and Special 125 tariff plan subscribers can swap to any open tariff plan, except Easy week tariff.
    21. From 02/07/2020, the monthly limits provided within the tariff plan will be valid for 32 days. Wherein, the limits for the previous monthly period will be valid according to their validity period.
    22. At the beginning of a new monthly period, the limits can be summed with the limits of the previous period, while the validity of the limits of the previous period is not extended.
  • Terms of Reset service for Special Unlim tariff plan
    1. When activating the Reset service, subscribers update their monthly limits (including high-speed Internet traffic) on any day of the monthly period, and the limits provided will be valid until the end of the current month.
    2. Reset service is activated using USSD *222#
    3. Reset service is available to subscribers in active status.
    4. The cost of activating the service is 139 900 sum. When you activate the service within a month after the 1st of day, the cost of the service changes in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month. In this case, the limits are assigned and act in the same proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month.
    5. If, at the time of Restart service activation, the balance is less than the cost of the subscription fee, then in this case the subscription fee will be charged in full, while the balance becomes negative and the limits provided by the subscription fee are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition of the subscriber to active status.
  • Terms of Restart service for Special 35, Special 55, Special 80 and Special 125 tariff plans

    1. Restart service is activated via USSD *222#.
    2. Restart service is available to subscribers in active status.
    3. Restart service provides the ability to activate monthly limits according to the terms of the tariff plan. After successful activation of this service the monthly period of the subscriber is updated according to the date of the last successful activation of this service.
    4. After activating Restart service, the full monthly tariff fee is charged from the subscriber balance, and the full monthly limits are set as part of the monthly tariff fee of the subscriber’s tariff plan. Further, the monthly tariff fee is charged according to the new monthly period of the subscriber. Conditions for charging a monthly tariff fee and assigning monthly limits are carried out in accordance with the terms of the subscriber's tariff plan.
    5. If at the time of activating Restart service the balance is less than the price of the tariff fee, then in this case the monthly tariff fee will be charged in full, while the balance becomes negative and the limits provided for the monthly tariff fee are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition of the subscriber to the active status.
    6. Upon successful activation of Restart service, the validity period of the limits and the date of charging the monthly tariff fee is set to 1 month from the moment of activation of this service.
    7. Upon successful activation of Restart service, a new monthly period is determined for a period of 1 month.
    8. "Restart" service can be used only once a day (from the beginning of the current day, from 00:00 to 23:59)
  • “2 GB” for 10 000 soums and “3 GB” for 15 000 soums campaign
    Terms of activation of 2GB for 10 000 UZS and “3 GB” for 15 000 UZS internet packages within campaign:

    • Connection of the internet package is available only after charging a monthly tariff fee for the current month;
    • Activation of internet package “2 GB” for 10 000 UZS is available 2 time for the current month for one subscriber;
    • Activation of internet package “3 GB” for 15 000 UZS is available 1 time for the current month for one subscriber;
    • The campaign within the framework of 3GB Internet-package for 15 000 soums is valid from April 13 to July 1, 2020
    • The internet package is connected with the automatic assignment function;
    • Activation/deactivating the internet package is carried out via USSD *255#;
    • Checking the balance of internet traffic is carried out via USSD *107#;
    • With a new connection, before starting to use internet, it is necessary to check the purpose of the new package in order to avoid additional charges;
    • With the active function of automatically assigning internet packages after 30 days (depending on the package purchased) from the date of activation of the package with a sufficient amount of funds in the balance, the system will assign a new package of face value purchased earlier. At the same time, the traffic remaining from the previously purchased package will be set to zero. Traffic of the new internet package will be assigned from 00:00 to the 31st day from the moment of activation/automatic assignation after charging funds for the new package;
    • If the automatic assignment function is disabled after 30 days from the date of activation of the Internet package, the rest of the traffic is set to zero;
    • You can use the traffic within Internet package only in active status.
