REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF USAGE OF PAYMENT CARDS OF UCELL

Payment Card (further as PC) – convenient method of paying for services of cellular communications, assignable by company. PC can be purchased in the offices of company.

Realization of SPC (Single Payment Cards) is performed only to natural persons for cash and via bank plastic cards. 

For convenience of subscribers the price of PC is shown in national currency of Republic of Uzbekistan. Payment with the PC counted totally unless you fill the account by activating card. While each card can be activated only once. And it required to be done till the date shown on the PC. If you purchased a card from one of our offices or agent points, keep in mind that PC is not subject to return and exchange except situation when PC is rejected.

Activating regulations of PC:

1^st method: By calling to a short number 99991.

1. accurately erase protective layer (for example, erasing it with a coin) hiding secret code. Pay attention that all 14 code numbers were opened;
2. call from your mobile telephone to a short number 99991. Then attentively listen to the voice instruction for further actions;
3. later enter the secret code and press key # (number sign). If you noticed that you did a mistake (for example, missed one number), then press key * (asterisk) and repeat the entry of secret code.
   After SMS will be received, confirming that you have successfully filled your account with the amount PC’s price.

2^nd method: By USSD technology:

1. accurately erase protective layer (for example, erasing it with a coin) hiding secret code. Pay attention that all 14 code numbers were opened;
2. type the following from your mobile telephone: *101*secret code (14 numbers)# and press call button. After SMS will be received, confirming that you have successfully filled your account with the amount PC’s price.

Attention! By activating PC you can have 24 attempts for entry of secret code during 1 hour. If you will face any problems with filling account by PC, please address to one of our company offices.

In order to make it easier to refill balance, Ucell offers new payment cards for its subscribers. The new multicards include 5 tear-off coupons of 500 sum face-value. Each 500 sum card has its own secret code and is refilled separately (*101*secret code# call).
