Sunday, March 29, marked a day of major green transformation in Andijan. Eco-volunteers from the Ucell-Andijan regional branch turned a typical weekend into a large-scale initiative aimed at greening the city.

In a single day, 800 trees were planted: 400 large-sized catalpas, along with 200 ash and 200 maple saplings. These are more than just numbers; they represent new avenues, cool shade on scorching days, and a contribution to the region's ecological future.

Ucell consistently supports initiatives that make cities more comfortable, clean, and modern. Andijan serves as further proof that joint efforts can transform the environment today.

The final part of the initiative was heartfelt and unifying: traditional pilaf was cooked, and participants danced to the lively "Andijan Polka." There, they shared not only the joy of the work accomplished but also the collective festive spirit. This is how initiatives are born that go beyond a one-day event to become part of sustainable change.
