1. Fill out the application at the Ucell’s own office.
2. Pay the fee for the «Number transfer» service: 70 000 UZS.
3. Receive new Ucell SIM-card with your number.
4. The service operates every day from 09:00 to 17:00 (in own offices until 18:00) except holidays approved by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The cost of the “Number transfer” service is 70 000 UZS per number.
When a number is transferred, the balance is reset to zero. You can request a refund from your previous operator after transferring your number.
All services and packages on the transferred number are disabled, and unspent limits expire.
• You are the owner of the transferable number, or an authorized representative of the owner of the transferable number and have a notarized power of attorney with you;
• The transferable number must be registered with current personal data;
• There is no debt on the transferable number; the number is not blocked and there are no contractual obligations to the current operator.
• Beautiful numbers that have been upgraded to a higher class since the connection or were purchased at a discount/as part of the promotion cannot be transferred using the MNP (Mobile Number Portability) service until the remaining cost of the room used is fully paid;
•More than 30 calendar days have passed since the transfer of the ported number.
After re-registration of the number, the subscriber can't transfer his number to another Company within 1 calendar month.
After transferring the number to Ucell network, the category of the number will be determined in accordance with the table indicated on the website at the link: https://ucell.uz/en/services/option_of_choosing_your_own_number
In order to use the service, you must personally contact any sales and subscriber service office of the Company and go through the identification procedure in one of the following ways, providing:
1. An original of one of the following documents with a valid expiration date, certifying your identity, with a mark on permanent or temporary registration:
• biometric passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan with a current registration;
• identification card of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• new type of driver's license for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• passport of a foreign citizen (with a mark on permanent or temporary registration/visa);
• officer’s ID, military ID + form No. 33 (for persons serving under contract and military personnel);
• * accreditation card (for employees of diplomatic missions and representative offices);
• residence permit for foreigners with current registration;
• residence permit or travel document for stateless persons with current registration;
• certificate of a stateless person with a current registration.
* Connection to the accreditation card is carried out only by the Company's employees.
2. An electronic version of the identity document uploaded to your MyGov application profile, with mandatory biometric identification via the Face ID system;
3. A QR code generated in your MyGov application profile for scanning by a Company employee, with mandatory biometric identification via the Face ID system.
From January 14, 2026, to February 18, 2026, subscribers of Uzmobile, Mobiuz, Beeline, OQ, and Humans can switch to Ucell without a number porting fee. The MNP fee is waived upon Agreement termination or number porting to another company within 12 months of switching to Ucell. Find out more.
• Number transfer is carried out (initiated) by the operator to which you are transferring.
• The data in the previous contract must match the current ones. If the data has changed, then before transferring you need to update the data with your operator.
• The subscriber must have with him the document for which the number is issued.
• The cost of the “Number transfer” service is 70 000 UZS per number. If, at the time the subscription fee for the service is charged, there are funds on the balance less than the cost of the subscription payment for the “Number transfer” service, then the subscription fee is debited once in full, while the subscriber’s balance becomes negative and the number goes into blocked status.
•The service VoLTE is available to subscribers who migrated from other operators starting from January 6, 2026.
• When you change your operator, the number code and the number itself do not change.
•If you experience difficulties receiving one-time passwords (OTP codes) when registering successfully transferred numbers in online applications, we recommend contacting the support service of the relevant application or service.
1. Make sure that you have no debt on your number, your number is not blocked and you have no contractual obligations to your current operator.
2. Make sure that the data used for your number is up to date.
3. Make sure that:
• More than 30 calendar days have passed since the transfer of the ported number.
• Numbers purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion cannot be ported via the MNP service until the remaining cost of the number is fully paid.
