Reception of visitors in Tashkent city to be carried out by the representatives, hereby as Directors of departments (or their deputies) authorized by CEO, to whom appropriate authority, responsibilities and rights are delegated, to make decisions on the results of meetings held in accordance with the subject matter of the Visitor’s appeal.

Reception of visitors in the Regional Branches is ensured by Directors of Regional Branches.

Reception of Visitors is organized by advance registration only.

Visitors are received in Tashkent at the following addresses: 1, Shakhrisabz Street, Tashkent city

Registration of Visitors for reception is ensured:

• In the sales and customer service offices of Tashkent city and regional branches;
• In the administrative office located at 1, Shakhrisabz Street, Tashkent city;

The ground for registration for an appointment is a written or oral of the Visitor. During the process of registration for an appointment, the Visitor must necessarily present a document certifying his/her identity.

* Provided that on the reception days Director of the regional branch is not absent at his workplace due to operational necessity or for a valid reason.
When he is absent, the authority of visitor is delegated to the Company official who is acting as the Director of Regional branch.
